26

قَدْ عَلَيْكُمْ ذَٰلِكَ ذَٰلِكَ مِنْ لَعَلَّهُمْ ﴿٢٦﴾

Translation

Saheeh International

O children of Adam, We have bestowed upon you clothing to conceal your private parts and as adornment. But the clothing of righteousness - that is best. That is from the signs of Allah that perhaps they will remember.

قرآن حکیم (شرح آیات منتخب)

تقوی؛ جامه‌ای برتر

خداوند پس از آن که از لباس ظاهری که عورت انسان را می‌پوشاند و او را از آشکار شدن زشتی‌هایش حفظ می‌کند» سخن به میان می‌آورد به انسان یادآوری می‌کند که بهتر از این لباس ظاهری» لباس باطنی است؛ لباسی که زشتی‌های باطنی انسان را می‌پوشاند؛ همان زشتی‌هایی که او از برملا شدن انا بیم دارد. آن لباس» همان تقوایی است که خدا به آن فرمان داده. روشن است که خواری و رسوایی که از آشکار شدن زشتی‌های ظاهری انسان رخ می‌دهد.ء هرگز به اندازةٌ رسوایی آشکار شدن زشتی‌های باطنی انسان نیست؛ چرا که آشکار شدن زشتی‌های باطنی» با خشم الهی و آتش برافروختةُ او مساوی است. پس لباس باطنی و تقوی بهتر از لباس ظاهری انسان است. در روایتی از امام باقر(ع) در ذیل این ایه. «عفت»» یکی از مصداق‌های لباس تقوی معرفی شده است. ایشان فرموده است: «لباس تقوی عفت است. عورت انسان با عفت هرگز ظاهر نمی‌گردد؛ اگر چه لباسی بر تن نداشته باشد؛ ولی انسان گنهکار, عورت خود را ظاهر می‌کند؛ اگرچه لباس بر تن داشته باشد.»"؛ یعنی انسان باتقوی در هیچ شرایطی عفت خود را از دست نمی‌دهد و عفاف با وجودش گره خورده است؛ حتی اگر لباس مناسبی بر تن نداشته باشد. انسان بی‌عفت و بی‌حیا اما در هر شرایطی بی‌حیاست؛ گرچه لباس‌های رنگارنگی بر تن کرده باشد.
