وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِى لِّمَنْ أَن أَوْ ﴿٦٢﴾

Translation

Saheeh International

And it is He who has made the night and the day in succession for whoever desires to remember or desires gratitude.

قرآن حکیم (شرح آیات منتخب)

جانشینی شب و روز؛ نعمتی برای شاکران

در بعضی از روایات از اهل بیت(ع) در تفسیر آیه چنین می‌خوانیم: نشستن شب و روز به جای یکدیگر برای آن است که اگر انسان در یکی از وظایف خود در عبادت پروردگار کوتاهی کندء در دیگری جبران یا قضا کند. در حدیثی از امام صادق(ع) می‌خوانیم: «هر عبادت و اطاعتی که در شب از تو فوت شد. در روز قضا کن. خداوند تبارک و تعالی می‌فرماید: «و هو الذی جعل اللیل و النهار خلفة»؛ یعنی: انسان وظایف فوت‌شده در شب را در روز و وظایف فوت‌شده در روز را در شب قضا کند.»!

    It is He who made for you the night to rest therein and the day, giving sight. Indeed in that are signs for a people who listen.

    That we may exalt You much

  • وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِى مَدَّ ٱلْأَرْضَ وَجَعَلَ فِيهَا رَوَٰسِىَ وَأَنْهَٰرًا وَمِن كُلِّ ٱلثَّمَرَٰتِ جَعَلَ فِيهَا زَوْجَيْنِ ٱثْنَيْنِ يُغْشِى ٱلَّيْلَ ٱلنَّهَارَ إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَـَٔايَٰتٍ لِّقَوْمٍ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ

    And it is He who spread the earth and placed therein firmly set mountains and rivers; and from all of the fruits He made therein two mates; He causes the night to cover the day…
