وَلَا مَا مِّنَ إِلَّا مَا قَدْ إِنَّهُۥ ﴿٢٢﴾

Translation

Saheeh International

And do not marry those [women] whom your fathers married, except what has already occurred. Indeed, it was an immorality and hateful [to Allah] and was evil as a way.

برخورد اسفناک با نامادری در جاهلیت

در شأن نزول این آیه آمده که در زمان جاهلیت معمول بود که هر گاه کسی از دنیا می‌رفت و همسر و فرزندانی از خود به یادگار می‌گذاشت. در صورتی که آن همسرء نامادری فرزندان او بوده فرزندانش نامادری را همانند اموال او به ارث می‌بردند؛ به این ترتیب که آنها حق داشتند با نامادری خود ازدواج کنند یا او را به ازدواج شخص دیگری در آورند. پس از اسلام» یکی از انصار به نام «ابوقیس» از دنیا رفت و فرزندش به نامادری خود پیشنهاد ازدواج داد. آن زن گفت: من تو را فرزند خود می‌دانم و چنین کاری را شایسته نمی‌بینم؛ ولی با این حال از پیغمبر(ص) کسب تکلیف می‌کنم. سپس موضوع را خدمت پیامبر(ص) گفت و کسب تکلیف کرد. این یه نازل شد و از این کار به شدت نهی کرد.
