فَبِذَٰلِكَ هُوَ مِّمَّا ﴿٥٨﴾

Translation

Saheeh International

Say, "In the bounty of Allah and in His mercy - in that let them rejoice; it is better than what they accumulate."

فضل و رحمت

در بارةٌ این‌که میان فضل و رحمت چه تفاوتی است» در میان مفسران گفت و گوی بسیار است. بعضی,ء فضل الّهی را اشاره به نعمت‌های ظاهری» و رحمت را اشاره به نعمت‌های باطنی دانسته‌اند. بعضی دیگر گفته‌اند که فضل الهیء آغاز نعمتء» و رحمت خداء دوام نعمت است، و اینکه در روایات متعددی می خوانیم که منظور از فضل الهی، وجود پیامبر(ص) و نعمت نبوت» و منظور از رحمت پروردگار» وجود علی(ع) و نعمت ولایت است نیز شاید اشاره به همین تفسیر باشد؛ زیراً پیامبرء سرآغاز اسلام بود و علی(ع) سبب بقا و ادامةٌ حیات آن شد.
