ٱلَّذِى ثُمَّ ٱلَّذِينَ ﴿١﴾

Translation

Saheeh International

[All] praise is [due] to Allah, who created the heavens and the earth and made the darkness and the light. Then those who disbelieve equate [others] with their Lord.

نور و ظلمت

از این آیه استفاده می‌شود که همان‌طور که نور از مخلوقات خداوند استء ظلمت هم آفریدة اوست؛ در حالی که در میان فلاسفه و دانشمندان علوم طبیعی معروف است که ظلمت چیزی جز نبود نور نیست و در واقع خودش وجودی ندارد و نمی‌توان به آن مخلوق گفت. بنابر این باید بدین پرسش پاسخ گفت که این آیه چرا ظلمت را جزء مخلوقات خدا شمرده است. در پاسخ این سوّال می‌توان گفت که اولاً ظلمت همیشه به معنای تاریکی مطلق نیست؛ بلکه غالباً به نور بسیار کم و ضعیف که در مقابل نور فراوان و قوی قرار گیرد هم ظلمت گفته می‌شود. بنابر این» مفهوم آیه این است که خداوند برای شما روشنی روز و تاریکی شب (یعنی نور قوی و نور بسیار ضعیف) قرار داد و بدیهی است که ظلمت به این معنی از مخلوقات خداست. ثانیا درست است که ظلمت مطلقء یک امر عدمی است؛ اما امر عدمی هنگامی که در شرایط خاصی واقع شود حتمأً از امر وجودی سرچشمه می‌گیرد؛ یعنی کسی که ظلمت مطلق را در شرایط خاصی و برای اهداف معینی به وجود می‌آورد, حتماً باید از وسایل وجودی استفاده کند؛ مثلاً وقتی ما می‌خواهیم اتاق را در لحظةٌ معینی برای ظاهر کردن عکس تاریک کنیم» ناچاریم جلوی نور را بگیریم تا ظلمت در یک لحظةٌ معین به وجود آید. چنین ظلمتی نیز مخلوق است.

    [All] praise is [due] to Allah, Creator of the heavens and the earth, [who] made the angels messengers having wings, two or three or four. He increases in creation what He wills…

  • إِلَّا عِبَادَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلْمُخْلَصِينَ

    Except the chosen servants of Allah [who do not share in that sin].

  • وَمَا قَدَرُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ حَقَّ قَدْرِهِۦ وَٱلْأَرْضُ جَمِيعًا قَبْضَتُهُۥ يَوْمَ ٱلْقِيَٰمَةِ وَٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتُ مَطْوِيَّٰتٌۢ بِيَمِينِهِۦ سُبْحَٰنَهُۥ وَتَعَٰلَىٰ عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ

    They have not appraised Allah with true appraisal, while the earth entirely will be [within] His grip on the Day of Resurrection, and the heavens will be folded in His right hand…

  • وَسَبِّحُوهُ بُكْرَةً وَأَصِيلًا

    And exalt Him morning and afternoon.

  • أَوَلَمْ يَرَوْا۟ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضَ قَادِرٌ عَلَىٰٓ أَن يَخْلُقَ مِثْلَهُمْ وَجَعَلَ لَهُمْ أَجَلًا لَّا رَيْبَ فِيهِ فَأَبَى ٱلظَّٰلِمُونَ إِلَّا كُفُورًا

    Do they not see that Allah, who created the heavens and earth, is [the one] Able to create the likes of them? And He has appointed for them a term, about which there is no doubt…
