قرآن حکیم (شرح آیات منتخب)

ای کاش مسلمان بودم!

چنان که در ترجمةٌ همراه به درستی آمده» این آیه به جهان دیگر یعنی عالم آخرت اشاره دارد که کافران در آنجا آثار شوم اعمالشان را می‌بینند و آرزو می‌کنند که ای کاش مسلمان بودند. البته هرگز آرزویشان برآورده نخواهد شد؛ چرا که ایمان و اسلام در دنیا فایده دارد و نه در آخرت. در روایتی از امام صادق(ع) می‌خوانیم که «روز قیامت نداکننده‌ای چنان صدا می‌زند که همةٌ مردم می‌شنوند و می‌گوید: جز افرادی که اسلام آورده‌اند. کسی داخل بهشت نمی‌شود. (در این هنگام)» کافران آرزو می‌کنند که ای کاش مسلمان بودند»» کروهی از مسلمانان خطاکار را با آنها قرار می دهند، کفار به مسلمین می کویند: مکَر شما مسلمان نبودید؟ پاسخ می‌شنوند: آری» بودیم. کافران می‌گویند: پس تصدیق و ایمان شما هم به حالتان سودی نداشت؛ چون شما هم با ما در یک جا هستید. پس [در این هنگام] هیچ یکتاپرستی نمی‌ماند مگر این‌که خداوند متعال او را از آتش خارج می‌کند. سپس پیامبر(ص) این آیه را تلاوت کرد: «کافران چه بسا آرزو می‌کنند که ای کاش مسلمان بودند»»
