لَّئِنِ عَلَىٰٓ أَن هَٰذَا لَا وَلَوْ ﴿٨٨﴾

Translation

Saheeh International

Say, "If mankind and the jinn gathered in order to produce the like of this Qur'an, they could not produce the like of it, even if they were to each other assistants."

۸۹ کتابی که جن و انس از آوردن آن ناتوان‌اند

این آیه با صراحت تمام» همه جهانیان» کوچک و بزرگ» عرب و غیر عرب» انسان‌ها و حتی موجودات عاقل غیر انسانی» دانشمندان» فلاسفه, ادباء مورخان» نوابغ و غیر نوابغ را بدون استثنا به مقابله با قران دعوت کرده و گفته است که اگر فکر می‌کنید قرأن سخن خدا نیست و ساختة مغز بشر است» همانند آن را بیاورید و هرگاه بعد از تلاش و کوشش همگانی, خود را ناتوان یافتیدء این بهترین دلیل بر معجزه بودن قرأن است. این دعوت به مقابله که در اصطلاح علمای عقایدء «تحدٌّی» نامیده می‌شود» یکی از ارکان هر معجزه استء و هر جا چنین تعبیری به میان آمده باشدء به روشنی می‌فهمیم که آن موضوع از معجزات است. أَیةُ ‎۰۸٩‏ بیان یکی از جنبه‌های اعجاز قرآن یعنی «جامعیت» آن است. به راستی این تنوع محتوای قرآن» آن هم از انسانی درس‌نخوانده» عجیب است؛ کتابی حاوی دلایل محکم عقلی» احکام متین و استوار» بحث‌های تاریخی بی‌نظیر و هیجان‌انگیز و بیدارگر و خالی از هرگونه خرافه, مباحث اخلاقی عالی» موضوعات علمی دقیق و فوق‌العاده و... خلاصهء قرآن در هر وادی که گام نهاده» عالی‌ترین نمونه را ارایه داده است. آیا با توجه به این‌که معلومات انسان محدود است و این‌که پیامبر(ص) در محیطی پرورش یافته بود که از همان علم و دانش محدود بشری آن زمان نیز خبری نبوده وجود این همه محتویات متنوع در زمینه‌های توحیدی و اخلاقی و اجتماعی و سیاسی و نظامی دلیل بر این نیست که از مغز انسان تراوش نکرده بلکه از ناحیة خدا است؟ به همین دلیل اگر جن و انس جمع شوند که همانند آن را بیاورند؛ قادر نخواهند بود. فرض کنیم تمام دانشمندان امروز و متخصصان علوم گوناگون جمع شوند و دایرةالمعارفی را تنظیم کنند و آن را در قالب بهترین عبارات بریزند» ممکن است این مجموعه برای امروز جامعیت داشته باشد؛ اما بی‌شک برای پنجاه سال بعدء نه تنها ناقص و نارسا است» بلکه آثار کهنگی از آن می‌بارد؛ در حالی که قرآن در هر زمانی که خوانده می‌شود - به ویژه در عصر ما - چنان است که گویی امروز نازل شده و هیچ اثری از گذشت زمان در آن دیده نمی‌شود. > **Cited sources** (grade before any load-bearing use): Tafsīr Nemūneh.
