And what prevented the people from believing when guidance came to them except that they said, "Has Allah sent a human messenger?"

Nothing has kept these people from believing when guidance came to them, but their saying, ‘Has Allah sent a human as an apostle?!’

And naught prevented mankind from believing when the guidance came unto them save that they said: Hath Allah sent a mortal as (His) messenger?

What kept men back from belief when Guidance came to them, was nothing but this: they said, "Has Allah sent a man (like us) to be (His) Messenger?"

And naught prevented men from believing when the guidance came to them, but that they said, 'Has God sent forth a mortal as Messenger?'

و چیزی مردم را زمانی که هدایت به سویشان آمد از ایمان آوردن باز نداشت، جز اینکه گفتند: آیا خدا بشری را به پیامبری برانگیخته است؟

و [چیزی‌] مردم را از ایمان آوردن باز نداشت، آنگاه که هدایت برایشان آمد، جز اینکه گفتند: «آیا خدا بشری را به سِمَت رسول مبعوث کرده است؟»

İnsanlara doğruluk rehberi geldiği zaman, inanmalarına engel olan, sadece: "Allah peygamber olarak bir insan mı gönderdi?" demiş olmalarıdır.

Dan tidak ada sesuatu yang menghalangi manusia untuk beriman tatkala datang petunjuk kepadanya, kecuali perkataan mereka: "Adakah Allah mengutus seorang manusia menjadi rasuI?"

اور ہدایت کے آجانے کے بعد لوگوں کے لئے ایمان لانے سے کوئی شے مانع نہیں ہوئی مگر یہ کہ کہنے لگے کہ کیا خدا نے کسی بشر کو رسول بناکر بھیج دیا ہے

আল্লাহ কি মানুষকে পয়গম্বর করে পাঠিয়েছেন? তাদের এই উক্তিই মানুষকে ঈমান আনয়ন থেকে বিরত রাখে, যখন তাদের নিকট আসে হেদায়েত।
