43

ٱلتَّوْرَىٰةُ فِيهَا ثُمَّ مِنۢ ذَٰلِكَ وَمَآ أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ ﴿٤٣﴾

Translation

Saheeh International

But how is it that they come to you for judgement while they have the Torah, in which is the judgement of Allah? Then they turn away, [even] after that; but those are not [in fact] believers.

تورات؛ کتابی تحریف‌شده

این کتاب» همان توراتی است که «عزراء» با اجازةٌ کورش - پادشاه ایران -برای یهودیان جمع‌آوری کرد و این کار پس از فتح باپل به امر کورش و آزادسازی اسیران بنی‌اسرائیل و اجازه به آنها برای بازگشت به فلسطین و بازسازی معبد هیکل انجام شد و همان توراتی است که در زمان پیامبر(ص) در میان یهود بوده و امروزه نیز در اختیار آنان است. قرآن تصدیق می‌کند که در آن احکامی ای وجود دارد و همچنین تحریف و تغییراتی نیز در آن صورت گرفته. به طور کلی از قرآن و نیز پژوهش‌هایی که شده» بر می‌آید که در تورات کنونی» چیزهایی از تورات اصلی که بر موسی(ع) نازل شدء وجود دارد و اموری از آَن با کم یا زیاد شدن و تغییر الفاظ پا محل آنها تحریف شده و تغییر پیدا کرده است.

  • وَمَا لَهُمْ أَلَّا يُعَذِّبَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ وَهُمْ يَصُدُّونَ عَنِ ٱلْمَسْجِدِ ٱلْحَرَامِ وَمَا كَانُوٓا۟ أَوْلِيَآءَهُۥٓ إِنْ أَوْلِيَآؤُهُۥٓ إِلَّا ٱلْمُتَّقُونَ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَهُمْ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ

    But why should Allah not punish them while they obstruct [people] from al-Masjid al- Haram and they were not [fit to be] its guardians? Its [true] guardians are not but the…

  • وَإِذَا دُعُوٓا۟ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ لِيَحْكُمَ بَيْنَهُمْ إِذَا فَرِيقٌ مِّنْهُم مُّعْرِضُونَ

    And when they are called to [the words of] Allah and His Messenger to judge between them, at once a party of them turns aside [in refusal].

  • أَفَحُكْمَ ٱلْجَٰهِلِيَّةِ يَبْغُونَ وَمَنْ أَحْسَنُ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ حُكْمًا لِّقَوْمٍ يُوقِنُونَ

    Then is it the judgement of [the time of] ignorance they desire? But who is better than Allah in judgement for a people who are certain [in faith].

  • أَمْ لَهُمْ شُرَكَٰٓؤُا۟ شَرَعُوا۟ لَهُم مِّنَ ٱلدِّينِ مَا لَمْ يَأْذَنۢ بِهِ ٱللَّهُ وَلَوْلَا كَلِمَةُ ٱلْفَصْلِ لَقُضِىَ بَيْنَهُمْ وَإِنَّ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ

    Or have they other deities who have ordained for them a religion to which Allah has not consented? But if not for the decisive word, it would have been concluded between them. And…
