[They are] avid listeners to falsehood, devourers of [what is] unlawful. So if they come to you, [O Muhammad], judge between them or turn away from them. And if you turn away from them - never will they harm you at all. And if you judge, judge between them with justice. Indeed, Allah loves those who act justly.

Eavesdroppers with the aim of [telling] lies, eaters of the unlawful—if they come to you, judge between them, or disregard them. If you disregard them, they will not harm you in any way. But if you judge, judge between them with justice. Indeed Allah loves the just.

Listeners for the sake of falsehood! Greedy for illicit gain! If then they have recourse unto thee (Muhammad) judge between them or disclaim jurisdiction. If thou disclaimest jurisdiction, then they cannot harm thee at all. But if thou judgest, judge between them with equity. Lo! Allah loveth the equitable.

(They are fond of) listening to falsehood, of devouring anything forbidden. If they do come to thee, either judge between them, or decline to interfere. If thou decline, they cannot hurt thee in the least. If thou judge, judge in equity between them. For Allah loveth those who judge in equity.

who listen to falsehood, and consume the unlawful. If they come to thee, judge thou between them, or turn away from them; if thou turnest away from them, they will hurt thee nothing; and if thou judgest, judge justly between them; God loves the just.

آنان فوق العاده شِنوای دروغ اند [با آنکه می دانند دروغ است و] بسیار خورنده مال حرام؛ پس اگر نزد تو آمدند میان آنان [در آنچه تو را داور قرار دادند] داوری کن، یا [اگر نخواستی داوری کنی] از آنان روی برتاب. و اگر روی برتابی هرگز هیچ زیانی به تو نمی رسانند. و اگر میانشان داوری کردی به عدالت داوری کن؛ زیرا خدا عدالت پیشگان را دوست دارد.

پذیرا و شنوای دروغ هستند [و] بسیار مال حرام می‌خورند. پس اگر نزد تو آمدند، [یا] میان آنان داوری کن، یا از ایشان روی برتاب. و اگر از آنان روی برتابی هرگز زیانی به تو نخواهند رسانید. و اگر داوری می‌کنی، پس به عدالت در میانشان حکم کن که خداوند دادگران را دوست می‌دارد.

Onlar yalana kulak verirler, haram yerler. Eğer sana gelirlerse aralarında hükmet, yahut onlardan yüz çevir; yüz çevirirsen sana bir zarar veremezler. Eğer hükmedersen aralarında adaletle hüküm ver. Allah adil olanları sever.

Mereka itu adalah orang-orang yang suka mendengar berita bohong, banyak memakan yang haram. Jika mereka (orang Yahudi) datang kepadamu (untuk meminta putusan), maka putuskanlah (perkara itu) diantara mereka, atau berpalinglah dari mereka; jika kamu berpaling dari mereka maka mereka tidak akan memberi mudharat kepadamu sedikitpun. Dan jika kamu memutuskan perkara mereka, maka putuskanlah (perkara itu) diantara mereka dengan adil, sesungguhnya Allah menyukai orang-orang yang adil.

یہ جھوٹ کے سننے والے اور حرام کے کھانے والے ہیں لہذا اگر آپ کے پاس مقدمہ لے کر آئیں تو آپ کو اختیار ہے کہ فیصلہ کردیں یا اعراض کرلیں کہ اگر اعراض بھی کرلیں گے تو یہ آپ کو کوئی نقصان نہ پہنچا سکیں گے لیکن اگر فیصلہ ہی کریں تو انصاف کے ساتھ کریں کہ خدا انصاف کرنے والوں کو دوست رکھتا ہے

এরা মিথ্যা বলার জন্যে গুপ্তচরবৃত্তি করে, হারাম ভক্ষণ করে। অতএব, তারা যদি আপনার কাছে আসে, তবে হয় তাদের মধ্যে ফয়সালা করে দিন, না হয় তাদের ব্যাপারে নির্লিপ্ত থাকুন। যদি তাদের থেকে নির্লিপ্ত থাকেন, তবে তাদের সাধ্য নেই যে, আপনার বিন্দুমাত্র ক্ষতি করতে পারে। যদি ফয়সালা করেন, তবেন্যায় ভাবে ফয়সালা করুন। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ সুবিচারকারীদেরকে ভালবাসেন।
