47

ٱلَّذِينَ بِمَا لِّمَا مَعَكُم مِّن أَن عَلَىٰٓ أَوْ كَمَا ﴿٤٧﴾

Translation

Saheeh International

O you who were given the Scripture, believe in what We have sent down [to Muhammad], confirming that which is with you, before We obliterate faces and turn them toward their backs or curse them as We cursed the sabbath-breakers. And ever is the decree of Allah accomplished.

Tafsīr

قرآن حکیم (شرح آیات منتخب)

محو فکری و روحی و عقب‌گرد معنوی یهود

در توضیح این جمله از یه که می‌فرماید « پیش از آن‌که صورت‌هایی را محو کنیم. سپس به پشت سر باز گردانیم»» گفته‌اند که منظور از این جملهء از کار افتادن عقل و هوش آنها از درک واقعیات زندگی و انحراف از صراط مستقیم است. در حدیثی از امام باقر(ع) نقل شده است: «منظور از آن, محو کردن صورت‌های آنها در مسیر هدایت و باز گرداندن آنها به عقب در مسیر گمراهی و ضلالت است.» توضیح این که اهل کتاب, به ویژه بهود.ه هنگامی که با آن همه نشانه‌های روشن در برایر حق نسلیم نشدند و اکاهانه به لجاجت و عناد برخاستند و در صحنههای متعدد، این خلاف کویی و خلاف کاری آگاهانه را تکرار کردندء به تدریج لجاجت برای آنها به صورت یک طبیعت ثانوی در آمد؛ گویی به کلی افکارشان مسخ و چشم و گوششان کور و کر شد. چنین کسانی» به جای این که در زندگی به پیش برونده به قهقرا و عقب باز می‌گردند و این است جزای آنهایی که حق را دانسته انکار می‌کنند. بنابر این» منظور از «طُمْس» (محو و بازگرداندن به عقب) در این آیه همان محو فکری و روحی و عقب‌گرد معنوی است.

    And We have revealed to you, [O Muhammad], the Book in truth, confirming that which preceded it of the Scripture and as a criterion over it. So judge between them by what Allah…

  • إِنَّآ أَنزَلْنَآ إِلَيْكَ ٱلْكِتَٰبَ بِٱلْحَقِّ فَٱعْبُدِ ٱللَّهَ مُخْلِصًا لَّهُ ٱلدِّينَ

    Indeed, We have sent down to you the Book, [O Muhammad], in truth. So worship Allah, [being] sincere to Him in religion.

  • وَمُصَدِّقًا لِّمَا بَيْنَ يَدَىَّ مِنَ ٱلتَّوْرَىٰةِ وَلِأُحِلَّ لَكُم بَعْضَ ٱلَّذِى حُرِّمَ عَلَيْكُمْ وَجِئْتُكُم بِـَٔايَةٍ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ فَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ

    And [I have come] confirming what was before me of the Torah and to make lawful for you some of what was forbidden to you. And I have come to you with a sign from your Lord, so…

  • وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَاتَيْنَٰهُمُ ٱلْكِتَٰبَ يَفْرَحُونَ بِمَآ أُنزِلَ إِلَيْكَ وَمِنَ ٱلْأَحْزَابِ مَن يُنكِرُ بَعْضَهُۥ قُلْ إِنَّمَآ أُمِرْتُ أَنْ أَعْبُدَ ٱللَّهَ وَلَآ أُشْرِكَ بِهِۦٓ إِلَيْهِ أَدْعُوا۟ وَإِلَيْهِ مَـَٔابِ

    And [the believers among] those to whom We have given the [previous] Scripture rejoice at what has been revealed to you, [O Muhammad], but among the [opposing] factions are those…

  • يَٰٓأَهْلَ ٱلْكِتَٰبِ قَدْ جَآءَكُمْ رَسُولُنَا يُبَيِّنُ لَكُمْ كَثِيرًا مِّمَّا كُنتُمْ تُخْفُونَ مِنَ ٱلْكِتَٰبِ وَيَعْفُوا۟ عَن كَثِيرٍ قَدْ جَآءَكُم مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ نُورٌ وَكِتَٰبٌ مُّبِينٌ

  • وَكَذَٰلِكَ أَنزَلْنَآ إِلَيْكَ ٱلْكِتَٰبَ فَٱلَّذِينَ ءَاتَيْنَٰهُمُ ٱلْكِتَٰبَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِهِۦ وَمِنْ هَٰٓؤُلَآءِ مَن يُؤْمِنُ بِهِۦ وَمَا يَجْحَدُ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَآ إِلَّا ٱلْكَٰفِرُونَ
