إِنَّمَا عَلَيْهَا وَفِى وَفِى مِّنَ ﴿٦٠﴾

Translation

Saheeh International

Zakah expenditures are only for the poor and for the needy and for those employed to collect [zakah] and for bringing hearts together [for Islam] and for freeing captives [or slaves] and for those in debt and for the cause of Allah and for the [stranded] traveler - an obligation [imposed] by Allah. And Allah is Knowing and Wise.

موارد مصرف زکات

منظور از صدقات در این آیه» صدقات واجب یعنی زکات است. زکات» یکی از مهم‌ترین واجبات الهی است که در سلامت اقتصادی جامعهةٌ اسلامی نقش بسیار اساسی و مهمی دارد. در روایات اسلامی» اهمیت بسیار زیادی بدین فریضه داده شده و ترک آن به شدت نهی شده است. در روایتی از امام صادق(ع) می‌خوانیم: «اگر همه مردم؛ زکات اموال خود را بپردازند. مسلمان فقیر و نیازمندی باقی نمی‌ماند... و مردم؛ فقیر و محتاج و گرسنه و برهنه نمی‌مانند مگر به خاطر گناه ثروتمندان.»! این ید شریفء» مصارف زکات را هشت مورد معرفی می‌کند: ۱- فقرا. ۲- مساکین (در تفاوت فقیر و مسکین گفته‌اند که فقیر کسی است که در زندگی خود کمبود مالی دارد؛ هرچند مشغول کسب و کاری باشد و هرگز از کسی درخواست کمک نمی‌کند؛ اما مسکین کسی است که نیازش شدیدتر و دستش از کار کوتاه است و به همین جهت از این و آن درخواست کمک می‌کند). ۳- عوامل جمع‌آوری زکات (این گروه» کارمندان و کارکنانی هستند که برای جمع‌آوری زکات و ادارةٌ بیت‌المال اسلام تلاش و کوشش می‌کنند و آنچه به آنها داده می‌شود» مزد و اجرت آنهاست و فقر در این گروه به هیچ وجه شرط نیست). ۴- الموَلَفة قلوبهم (کسانی که انگیزةٌ معنوی نیرومندی برای پیشبرد اهداف اسلامی ندارند و با تشویق مالی می توان محبت آنان را جلب کرد). ه_ آزاد کردن بردکان (سهمی از زکات» مخصوص مبارزه با بردگی و پایان دادن به این موضوع ضد انسانی است). ۶ - ادای دین بدهکاران و آنهایی که بدون جرم و تقصیر زیر بار بدهکاری مانده و از ادای آن عاجز شده‌اند. ۷- در راه خدا (تمام راه‌هایی که به گسترش و تقویت آیین الهی منتهی می‌شود؛ اعم از جهاد و تبلیغ و مانند آن). ۸ - واماندگان در راه (مسافرانی که به علّتی در راه مانده‌اند و زاد و توشه و مرکب کافی برای رسیدن به مقصد ندارند و هرچند افراد فقیر و بی‌بضاعتی نیستند, بر اثر دزد زدگی یا بیماری یا گم کردن اموال خود یا علل دیگر به چنین وضعی افتاده‌اند. این گونه اشخاص را باید از طریق زکات به مقداری که برای رسیدن به مقصد لازم است» بی‌نیاز کرد). > **Cited sources** (grade before any load-bearing use): al-Kāfī.
