18

ٱلَّذِينَ أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ وَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمْ أُو۟لُوا۟ ﴿١٨﴾

Translation

Saheeh International

Who listen to speech and follow the best of it. Those are the ones Allah has guided, and those are people of understanding.

منطق آزاداندیشانة اسلام

این آّیه و آَیهٌ پیش که به صورت یک شعار اسلامی در آمده» آزاداندیشی مسلمانان و انتخابگری آنها در مسائل گوناگون را به خوبی نشان می‌دهد. بسیاری از مذاهب» پیروان خود را از مطالعه و بررسی سخنان دیگران نهی می‌کنند؛ چرا که به دلیل ضعف منطق خویش, از این می‌ترسند که منطق دیگران برتری پیدا کند و پیروانشان را از دستشان بگیرد؛ اما به طوری که در این آیه خواندیم اسلام بندگان راستین خداوند را کسانی معرفی کرده که اهل تحقیق‌اند. نه از شنیدن سخنان دیگران وحشت دارندء نه تسلیم بی‌قید و شرط می‌شوند و نه هر وسوسه‌ای را می‌پذیرند. اسلام به کسانی بشارت می‌دهد که گفتارها را می‌شنوند و خوب‌ترین آنها را بر می‌گزینند. نه تنها خوب را بر بد ترجیح می‌دهند. در میان خوب‌ها هم هر گلی را که بهتر است» می‌چینند. اصولاً مکتبی که دارای منطق نیرومندی استء دلیلی ندارد که از گفته‌های دیگران وحشت داشته باشد و از طرح مسائل آنها هراس به خود راه دهد. آنها باید بترسند که ضعیف و بی‌منطق هستند.در احادینی که در تفسیر این آیه یا به طور مستقل وارد شده نیز بر این موضوع تکیةٌ فراوان دیده می‌شود؛ از جمله در حدیثی از امام کاظم(ع) می‌خوانیم: «خداوند متعال, اهل عقل و فهم را در کتابش بشارت داده و فرموده: بندگانم را بشارت ده؛ آنان که سخنان را می‌شنوند و از بهترین آنها پیروی می‌کنند.» همچنین در روایتی از امام علی(ع) می‌خوانیم: «حکمت, گمشده موْمن است. پس حکمت را فرا گیر؛ گرچه از اهل نفاق باشد.»
