And they will cry out therein, "Our Lord, remove us; we will do righteousness - other than what we were doing!" But did We not grant you life enough for whoever would remember therein to remember, and the warner had come to you? So taste [the punishment], for there is not for the wrongdoers any helper.

They shall cry therein for help: ‘Our Lord! Bring us out, so that we may act righteously—differently from what we used to do!’ ‘Did We not give you a lifelong enough that one who is heedful might take admonition? And [moreover] the warner had [also] come to you. Now taste [the consequence of your deeds], for the wrongdoers have no helper.’

And they cry for help there, (saying): Our Lord! Release us; we will do right, not (the wrong) that we used to do. Did not We grant you a life long enough for him who reflected to reflect therein? And the warner came unto you. Now taste (the flavour of your deeds), for evil-doers have no helper.

Therein will they cry aloud (for assistance): "Our Lord! Bring us out: we shall work righteousness, not the (deeds) we used to do!" - "Did We not give you long enough life so that he that would should receive admonition? and (moreover) the warner came to you. So taste ye (the fruits of your deeds): for the wrong-doers there is no helper."

Therein they shall shout, 'Our Lord, bring us forth, and we will do righteousness, other than what we have done.' 'What, did We not give you long life, enough to remember in for him who would remember? To you the warner came; taste you now! The evildoers shall have no helper.'

و آنان در آنجا شیون و فریاد می زنند: پروردگارا! ما را بیرون بیاور تا کار شایسته انجام دهیم غیر آنچه انجام می دادیم. [می گویم:] آیا شما را چندان عمر ندادیم که هر کس می خواست در آن مقدار عمر متذکّر شود، متذکّر می شد؛ و [آیا] بیم دهنده ای به سوی شما نیامد؟ پس بچشید که برای ستمکاران هیچ یاوری نیست.

و آنان در آنجا فریاد برمی‌آورند: «پروردگارا، ما را بیرون بیاور، تا غیر از آنچه می‌کردیم، کار شایسته کنیم.» مگر شما را [آن قدر] عمر دراز ندادیم که هر کس که باید در آن عبرت گیرد، عبرت می‌گرفت؛ و [آیا ]برای شما هشداردهنده نیامد؟ پس بچشید که برای ستمگران یاوری نیست.

Orada; "Rabbimiz! Bizi çıkar; yaptığımızdan başka, yararlı iş işleyelim" diye bağrışırlar. O zaman onlara şöyle deriz: "Öğüt alacak kişinin öğüt alabileceği kadar bir süre sizi yaşatmadık mi? Size uyarıcı da gelmişti. Artık azabı tadınız, zalimlerin yardımcısı olmaz."

Dan mereka berteriak di dalam neraka itu: "Ya Tuhan kami, keluarkanlah kami niscaya kami akan mengerjakan amal yang saleh berlainan dengan yang telah kami kerjakan". Dan apakah Kami tidak memanjangkan umurmu dalam masa yang cukup untuk berfikir bagi orang yang mau berfikir, dan (apakah tidak) datang kepada kamu pemberi peringatan? maka rasakanlah (azab Kami) dan tidak ada bagi orang-orang yang zalim seorang penolongpun.

اور یہ وہاں فریاد کریں گے کہ پروردگار ہمیں نکال لے ہم اب نیک عمل کریں گے اس کے برخلاف جو پہلے کیا کرتے تھے تو کیا ہم نے تمہیں اتنی عمر نہیں دی تھی جس میں عبرت حاصل کرنے والے عبرت حاصل کرسکتے تھے اور تمہارے پاس تو ڈرانے والا بھی آیا تھا لہٰذا اب عذاب کا مزہ چکھو کہ ظالمین کا کوئی مددگار نہیں ہے

সেখানে তারা আর্ত চিৎকার করে বলবে, হে আমাদের পালনকর্তা, বের করুন আমাদেরকে, আমরা সৎকাজ করব, পূর্বে যা করতাম, তা করব না। (আল্লাহ বলবেন) আমি কি তোমাদেরকে এতটা বয়স দেইনি, যাতে যা চিন্তা করার বিষয় চিন্তা করতে পারতে? উপরন্তু তোমাদের কাছে সতর্ককারীও আগমন করেছিল। অতএব আস্বাদন কর। জালেমদের জন্যে কোন সাহায্যকারী নেই।
