They said, "O Shu'ayb, we do not understand much of what you say, and indeed, we consider you among us as weak. And if not for your family, we would have stoned you [to death]; and you are not to us one respected."

They said, ‘O Shu‘ayb, we do not understand much of what you say. Indeed we see that you are weak amongst us, and were it not for your tribe, we would have stoned you, and you are not a formidable [challenge] for us.’

They said: O Shu'eyb! We understand not much of that thou tellest, and lo! we do behold thee weak among us. But for thy family, we should have stoned thee, for thou art not strong against us.

They said: "O Shu'aib! much of what thou sayest we do not understand! In fact among us we see that thou hast no strength! Were it not for thy family, we should certainly have stoned thee! for thou hast among us no great position!"

They said, 'Shuaib, we do not understand much of what thou sayest. Truly we see thee weak among us; but for thy tribe we would have stoned thee; for thou art not strong against us.

گفتند: ای شعیب! بسیاری از مطالبی که می گویی نمی فهمیم، و به راستی تو را در [مقایسه با] خود، ناتوان و ضعیف می بینیم، و اگر عشیره ات نبودند، بی تردید سنگسارت می کردیم، وتو بر ما پیروز نیستی.

گفتند: «ای شعیب! بسیاری از آنچه را که می‌گویی نمی‌فهمیم، و واقعاً تو را در میان خود ضعیف می‌بینیم، و اگر عشیره تو نبود قطعاً سنگسارت می‌کردیم، و تو بر ما پیروز نیستی!»

"Ey Şuayb! Söylediklerinin çoğunu anlamıyor ve doğrusu seni aramızda güçsüz görüyoruz. Eğer taraftarların olmasaydı seni taşlardık. Esasen bizim gözümüzde pek itibarın da yoktur" dediler.

Mereka berkata: "Hai Syu'aib, kami tidak banyak mengerti tentang apa yang kamu katakan itu dan sesungguhnya kami benar-benar melihat kamu seorang yang lemah di antara kami; kalau tidaklah karena keluargamu tentulah kami telah merajam kamu, sedang kamupun bukanlah seorang yang berwibawa di sisi kami".

ان لوگوں نے کہا کہ اے شعیب آپ کی اکثر باتیں ہماری سمجھ میں نہیں آتی ہیں اور ہم توآپ کو اپنے درمیان کمزور ہی پارہے ہیں کہ اگر آپ کا قبیلہ نہ ہوتا تو ہم آپ کو سنگسار کردیتے اور آپ ہم پر غالب نہیں آسکتے تھے

তারা বলল-হে শোয়ায়েব (আঃ) আপনি যা বলেছেন তার অনেক কথাই আমরা বুঝি নাই, আমারা তো আপনাকে আমাদের মধ্যে দূর্বল ব্যক্তি রূপে মনে করি। আপনার ভাই বন্ধুরা না থাকলে আমরা আপনাকে প্রস্তরাঘাতে হত্যা করতাম। আমাদের দৃষ্টিতে আপনি কোন মর্যাদাবান ব্যক্তি নন।
