کوتاهی عمر دنیا و برزخ در برابر قیامت

بدون شک مدت توقف انسان‌ها در عالم برزغ طولانی می‌رسد. یه کوتاهی مدت درنگ آنها قبل از برانگیخته شدن - اعم از دنیا و برزخ - است و هنگامی که حکم خلود و ابدیت برای آنها روشن می شودء زمان درنگ در دنیا و برزخ در نزدشان بسیار کوتاه به نظر دارند که یک روز اشاره به کمترین عدد تک رقمی است و از این رو به مدت کمتری اشاره می‌کند. > **Cited sources** (grade before any load-bearing use): Tafsīr al-Qummī.

    And [warn of] the Day the Horn will be blown, and whoever is in the heavens and whoever is on the earth will be terrified except whom Allah wills. And all will come to Him humbled.

  • وَتَرَكْنَا بَعْضَهُمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ يَمُوجُ فِى بَعْضٍ وَنُفِخَ فِى ٱلصُّورِ فَجَمَعْنَٰهُمْ جَمْعًا

    And We will leave them that day surging over each other, and [then] the Horn will be blown, and We will assemble them in [one] assembly.

  • يَوْمَئِذٍ يَتَّبِعُونَ ٱلدَّاعِىَ لَا عِوَجَ لَهُۥ وَخَشَعَتِ ٱلْأَصْوَاتُ لِلرَّحْمَٰنِ فَلَا تَسْمَعُ إِلَّا هَمْسًا

    That Day, everyone will follow [the call of] the Caller [with] no deviation therefrom, and [all] voices will be stilled before the Most Merciful, so you will not hear except a…
