Said a speaker among them, "Do not kill Joseph but throw him into the bottom of the well; some travelers will pick him up - if you would do [something]."

One of them said, ‘Do not kill Joseph, but cast him into the recess of a well so that some caravan may pick him up, if you are to do [anything].’

One among them said: Kill not Joseph but, if ye must be doing, fling him into the depth of the pit; some caravan will find him.

Said one of them: "Slay not Joseph, but if ye must do something, throw him down to the bottom of the well: he will be picked up by some caravan of travellers."

One of them said, 'No, kill not Joseph, but cast him into the bottom of the pit and some traveller will pick him out, if you do aught.'

یکی از آنان گفت: یوسف را نکشید، اگر می خواهید کاری بر ضد او انجام دهید، وی را در مخفی گاه آن چاه اندازید، که برخی رهگذران او را برگیرند [و با خود ببرند!!]

گوینده‌ای از میان آنان گفت: «یوسف را مکُشید. اگر کاری می‌کنید، او را در نهانخانه چاه بیفکنید، تا برخی از مسافران او را برگیرند.»

İçlerinden biri: "Yusuf'u öldürmeyin, onu bir kuyunun derinliklerine bırakın. Böyle yaparsanız yolculardan onu bulup alan olur" dedi.

Seorang diantara mereka berkata: "Janganlah kamu bunuh Yusuf, tetapi masukkanlah dia ke dasar sumur supaya dia dipungut oleh beberapa orang musafir, jika kamu hendak berbuat".

ان میں سے ایک شخص نے کہا کہ یوسف کو قتل نہ کرو بلکہ کسی اندھے کنویں میں ڈال دو تاکہ کوئی قافلہ اٹھالے جائے اگر تم کچھ کرنا ہی چاہتے ہو

তাদের মধ্য থেকে একজন বলল, তোমরা ইউসুফ কে হত্যা করো না, বরং ফেলে দাও তাকে অন্ধকূপে যাতে কোন পথিক তাকে উঠিয়ে নিয়ে যায়, যদি তোমাদের কিছু করতেই হয়।
