Translation

Saheeh International

And hasten to forgiveness from your Lord and a garden as wide as the heavens and earth, prepared for the righteous

آیا بهشت و دوزخ هم اکنون موجودند؟

ممکن است با خواندن این آیه این سؤال پیش آید که آیا بهشت و دوزخ هم‌اکنون آفریده شده‌اند و وجود خارجی دارند یا بعداً در پرتو اعمال مردم ایجاد می‌شوند و نیز با توجه به این که قرآن می‌فرماید «وسعت بهشت به اندازةٌ آسمان و زمین است» بهشت در کجا قرار دارد. اکثر دانشمندان اسلامی با توجه به یات و روایات بر آن‌اند که بهشت و دوزخ هم‌اکنون وجود دارند و در درون و باطن این جهان هستند. ما این آسمان و زمین و کرات گوناگون را با چشم خود می‌بینیم؛ اما عوالمی را که در درون این جهان قرار دارنده نمی‌بینیم و اگر دید و درک دیگری داشتیم» هم‌اکنون می‌توانستیم آنها را ببینیم؛ مانند بسیاری از امواج که با حواس پنجگانه درک‌شدنی نیستند؛ اما با گیرنده‌های مخصوص به خوبی درک می‌شوند. بعضی نیز در پاسخ این سوّال گفته‌اند که عالم آخرت و بهشت و دوزخ» بر این عالم محیطاند و این عالم در دل آن قرار دارد و درست مثل جنینی که از عالم محیط خود بی‌خبر استء ما نیز از عالم محیط خود بی‌خبریم و از آن رو که انسان چیزی وسیع‌تر از آسمان و زمین نمی‌شناسد تا مقیاس سنجش قرار داده شود» قرآن» وسعت و عظمت بهشت را به پهنة آسمان و زمین تشبیه کرده است؛ همان‌طور که اگر می‌خواستیم با کودکی سخن بگوییم که در رحم مادر قرار دارد» می‌بایست با منطقی صحبت می‌کردیم که برای او در آن محیط درک‌شدنی باشد. به هر حال» بهشت آن‌قدر بزرگ است که از امام صادق(ع) نقل شده است: «بوی خوش بهشت از فاصلة هزار سال راه به مشام می‌رسد و اگر تمام جنیان و انسان‌ها در خانهٌ کسی که پایین‌ترین درجه را در بهشت دارد, میهمان شوند. او تمام آنها را با خوراکی‌ها و نوشیدنی‌های گوارا پذیرایی می‌کند و چیزی از آنچه نزد اوست. کاسته نمی‌شود.» آری» همةٌ اهل دنیا در خانةٌ یک بهشتی جای می‌گیرند؛ زیرا خانه‌اش به اندازةٌ نظام کیهانی وسیع است؛ نه این که وسعت مجموع بهشت که برای همةٌ بهشتیان است. به اندازة آسمان‌ها و زمین باشد؛ بلکه وسعت بهشت هر موّمن» به اندازة مساحت نظام کیهانی است. آیا انسان عاقل هرگز حاضر می‌شود که آن جهان باعظمت را بدهد و این جهان فرومایه را بگیرد؟
