إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ إِلَّا مَا إِسْرَٰٓءِيلُ عَلَىٰ مِن أَن ٱلتَّوْرَىٰةُ بِٱلتَّوْرَىٰةِ إِن ﴿٩٣﴾

Translation

Saheeh International

All food was lawful to the Children of Israel except what Israel had made unlawful to himself before the Torah was revealed. Say, [O Muhammad], "So bring the Torah and recite it, if you should be truthful."

حلال بودن همة غذاها در ابتدا برای بنی‌اسرائیل

این آیه به یکی از شبهات یهود پاسخ می‌دهد. قصه از این قرار است که خداوند در آَیةٌ ۱۶۰ سورهٌ نساء می‌فرماید: «یه خاطر ظلمی که از بهود صادر شد, بخشی از چیزهای پاکیزه را که بر آنها حلال بود. حرام کردیم.» بهودیان به این آیه اعتراض کردند و گفتند: این مطلب دروغ است؛ چرا که برخی از غذاهای پاکیزه مانند گوشت شتر از ابتدا بر یهود حرام بود. قرآن در این آیه در پاسخ می‌فرماید که تمام غذاها از ابتدا بر بنی‌اسرائیل حلال بود و بعداً برخی از آنها حرام شد. تنها حضرت یعقوب(ع) برخی از غذاها را - مثل گوشت شتر - بر خودش (نه دیگران) ممنوع کرد و طبق روایات به این دلیل گوشت شتر را بر خود حرام کرد که هرگاه او از گوشت شتر می‌خوردء دردی که در کمر داشتء» شدت می‌گرفت؛ اما حضرت آن را حرام.

  • وَإِذْ قُلْتُمْ يَٰمُوسَىٰ لَن نَّصْبِرَ عَلَىٰ طَعَامٍ وَٰحِدٍ فَٱدْعُ لَنَا رَبَّكَ يُخْرِجْ لَنَا مِمَّا تُنۢبِتُ ٱلْأَرْضُ مِنۢ بَقْلِهَا وَقِثَّآئِهَا وَفُومِهَا وَعَدَسِهَا وَبَصَلِهَا قَالَ أَتَسْتَبْدِلُونَ ٱلَّذِى هُوَ أَدْنَىٰ بِٱلَّذِى هُوَ خَيْرٌ ٱهْبِطُوا۟ مِصْرًا فَإِنَّ لَكُم مَّا سَأَلْتُمْ وَضُرِبَتْ عَلَيْهِمُ ٱلذِّلَّةُ وَٱلْمَسْكَنَةُ وَبَآءُو بِغَضَبٍ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ كَانُوا۟ يَكْفُرُونَ بِـَٔايَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ وَيَقْتُلُونَ ٱلنَّبِيِّـۧنَ بِغَيْرِ ٱلْحَقِّ ذَٰلِكَ بِمَا عَصَوا۟ وَّكَانُوا۟ يَعْتَدُونَ

    And [recall] when you said, "O Moses, we can never endure one [kind of] food. So call upon your Lord to bring forth for us from the earth its green herbs and its cucumbers and its…

  • وَلَقَدْ ءَاتَيْنَا مُوسَى ٱلْكِتَٰبَ فَلَا تَكُن فِى مِرْيَةٍ مِّن لِّقَآئِهِۦ وَجَعَلْنَٰهُ هُدًى لِّبَنِىٓ إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ

    And We certainly gave Moses the Scripture, so do not be in doubt over his meeting. And we made the Torah guidance for the Children of Israel.

  • حَقِيقٌ عَلَىٰٓ أَن لَّآ أَقُولَ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ إِلَّا ٱلْحَقَّ قَدْ جِئْتُكُم بِبَيِّنَةٍ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ فَأَرْسِلْ مَعِىَ بَنِىٓ إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ

    [Who is] obligated not to say about Allah except the truth. I have come to you with clear evidence from your Lord, so send with me the Children of Israel."
