Divorced women remain in waiting for three periods, and it is not lawful for them to conceal what Allah has created in their wombs if they believe in Allah and the Last Day. And their husbands have more right to take them back in this [period] if they want reconciliation. And due to the wives is similar to what is expected of them, according to what is reasonable. But the men have a degree over them [in responsibility and authority]. And Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise.

Divorced women shall wait by themselves for three periods of purity [after menses], and it is not lawful for them to conceal what Allah has created in their wombs if they believe in Allah and the Last Day; and their husbands have a greater right to restore them during this [duration], if they desire reconcilement. The wives have rights similar to the obligations upon them, in accordance with honourable norms; and men have a degree above them, and Allah is all-mighty and all-wise.

Women who are divorced shall wait, keeping themselves apart, three (monthly) courses. And it is not lawful for them that they should conceal that which Allah hath created in their wombs if they are believers in Allah and the Last Day. And their husbands would do better to take them back in that case if they desire a reconciliation. And they (women) have rights similar to those (of men) over them in kindness, and men are a degree above them. Allah is Mighty, Wise.

Divorced women shall wait concerning themselves for three monthly periods. Nor is it lawful for them to hide what Allah Hath created in their wombs, if they have faith in Allah and the Last Day. And their husbands have the better right to take them back in that period, if they wish for reconciliation. And women shall have rights similar to the rights against them, according to what is equitable; but men have a degree (of advantage) over them. And Allah is Exalted in Power, Wise.

Divorced women shall wait by themselves for three periods; and it is not lawful for them to hide what God has created in their wombs; if they believe in God and the Last Day. In such time their mates have better right to restore them, if they desire to set things right. Women have such honourable rights as obligations, but their men have a degree above them; God is All-mighty, All-wise.

زنان طلاق داده شده باید به سر آمدن سه پاکی [از حیض را] انتظار برند [و پیش از به سر رسیدن آن، از شوهر کردن خودداری ورزند]. و اگر به خدا و روز قیامت ایمان دارند [به خاطر رعایت شرایط ایام عدّه] نباید آنچه را خدا در رحم هایشان [از حیض یا جنین] آفریده، پنهان دارند. و شوهرانشان در این مدت چنانچه خواهان صلح و سازش اند، به بازگرداندن آنان [به زندگی دوباره] سزاوارترند. و برای زنان، حقوق شایسته ای بر عهده مردان است، مانند حقوقی که برای مردان بر عهده آنان است، و مردان را بر آنان [به خاطر کارگزاری، و تدبیر امور زندگی در امر میراث و دیه، گواهی در دادگاه و غیر این امور حقوقی] افزون تر است؛ و خدا توانای شکست ناپذیر و حکیم است.

و زنان طلاق داده شده، باید مدت سه پاکی انتظار کشند، و اگر به خدا و روز بازپسین ایمان دارند، برای آنان روا نیست که آنچه را خداوند در رحم آنان آفریده، پوشیده دارند؛ و شوهرانشان اگر سر آشتی دارند، به بازآوردن آنان در این [مدّت‌] سزاوارترند. و مانند همان [وظایفی‌] که بر عهده زنان است، به طور شایسته، به نفع آنان [بر عهده مردان‌] است، و مردان بر آنان درجه برتری دارند، و خداوند توانا و حکیم است.

Boşanan kadınlar, kendi kendilerine üç aybaşı hali beklerler, eğer Allah'a ve ahiret gününe inanmışlarsa, rahimlerinde Allah'ın yarattığını gizlemeleri kendilerine helal değildir. Kocaları bu arada barışmak isterlerse, karılarını geri almakta daha çok hak sahibidirler. Kadınların hakları, örfe uygun bir şekilde vazifelerine denktir. Erkeklerin onlardan bir üstün derecesi vardır. Allah güçlüdür. Hakim'dir.

Wanita-wanita yang ditalak handaklah menahan diri (menunggu) tiga kali quru'. Tidak boleh mereka menyembunyikan apa yang diciptakan Allah dalam rahimnya, jika mereka beriman kepada Allah dan hari akhirat. Dan suami-suaminya berhak merujukinya dalam masa menanti itu, jika mereka (para suami) menghendaki ishlah. Dan para wanita mempunyai hak yang seimbang dengan kewajibannya menurut cara yang ma'ruf. Akan tetapi para suami, mempunyai satu tingkatan kelebihan daripada isterinya. Dan Allah Maha Perkasa lagi Maha Bijaksana.

مطلقہ عورتیں تین حیض تک انتظار کریں گی اور انہیں حق نہیں ہے کہ جو کچھ خدا نے ان کے رحم میں پیدا کیا ہے اس کی پردہ پوشی کریں اگر ان کا ایمان اللہ اور آخرت پر ہے. اورپھر ان کے شوہر اس مدّت میں انہیں واپس کرلینے کے زیادہ حقدار ہیں اگر اصلاح چاہتے ہیں .اور عورتوں کے لئے ویسے ہی حقوق بھی ہیں جیسی ذمہ داریاں ہیں اور مردوں کو ان پر ایک امتیاز حاصل ہے اور خدا صاحبِ عزّت و حکمت ہے

আর তালাকপ্রাপ্তা নারী নিজেকে অপেক্ষায় রাখবে তিন হায়েয পর্যন্ত। আর যদি সে আল্লাহর প্রতি এবং আখেরাত দিবসের উপর ঈমানদার হয়ে থাকে, তাহলে আল্লাহ যা তার জরায়ুতে সৃষ্টি করেছেন তা লুকিয়ে রাখা জায়েজ নয়। আর যদি সদ্ভাব রেখে চলতে চায়, তাহলে তাদেরকে ফিরিয়ে নেবার অধিকার তাদের স্বামীরা সংরক্ষণ করে। আর পুরুষদের যেমন স্ত্রীদের উপর অধিকার রয়েছে, তেমনি ভাবে স্ত্রীদেরও অধিকার রয়েছে পুরুষদের উপর নিয়ম অনুযায়ী। আর নারীরদের ওপর পুরুষদের শ্রেষ্ঠত্ব রয়েছে। আর আল্লাহ হচ্ছে পরাক্রমশালী, বিজ্ঞ।
