    And do not consume one another's wealth unjustly or send it [in bribery] to the rulers in order that [they might aid] you [to] consume a portion of the wealth of the people in…

  • وَأَمَّا ٱلسَّآئِلَ فَلَا تَنْهَرْ

    And as for the petitioner, do not repel [him].

  • وَلَا تَقْتُلُوٓا۟ أَوْلَٰدَكُمْ خَشْيَةَ إِمْلَٰقٍ نَّحْنُ نَرْزُقُهُمْ وَإِيَّاكُمْ إِنَّ قَتْلَهُمْ كَانَ خِطْـًٔا كَبِيرًا

    And do not kill your children for fear of poverty. We provide for them and for you. Indeed, their killing is ever a great sin.

  • وَلَا يَحُضُّ عَلَىٰ طَعَامِ ٱلْمِسْكِينِ

    And does not encourage the feeding of the poor.

  • وَءَاتِ ذَا ٱلْقُرْبَىٰ حَقَّهُۥ وَٱلْمِسْكِينَ وَٱبْنَ ٱلسَّبِيلِ وَلَا تُبَذِّرْ تَبْذِيرًا

    And give the relative his right, and [also] the poor and the traveler, and do not spend wastefully.
