And a believing man from the family of Pharaoh who concealed his faith said, "Do you kill a man [merely] because he says, 'My Lord is Allah' while he has brought you clear proofs from your Lord? And if he should be lying, then upon him is [the consequence of] his lie; but if he should be truthful, there will strike you some of what he promises you. Indeed, Allah does not guide one who is a transgressor and a liar.

Said a man of faith from Pharaoh’s clan, who concealed his faith, ‘Will you kill a man for saying, ‘‘My Lord is Allah,’’ while he has already brought you manifest proofs from your Lord? Should he be lying, his falsehood will be to his own detriment; but if he is truthful, there shall visit you some of what he promises you. Indeed Allah does not guide someone who is a transgressor and liar.

And a believing man of Pharaoh's family, who hid his faith, said: Would ye kill a man because he saith: My Lord is Allah, and hath brought you clear proofs from your Lord? If he is lying, then his lie is upon him; and if he is truthful, then some of that wherewith he threateneth you will strike you. Lo! Allah guideth not one who is a prodigal, a liar.

A believer, a man from among the people of Pharaoh, who had concealed his faith, said: "Will ye slay a man because he says, 'My Lord is Allah'?- when he has indeed come to you with Clear (Signs) from your Lord? and if he be a liar, on him is (the sin of) his lie: but, if he is telling the Truth, then will fall on you something of the (calamity) of which he warns you: Truly Allah guides not one who transgresses and lies!

Then said a certain man, a believer 'of Pharaoh's folk that kept hidden his belief, 'What, will you slay a man because he says, "My Lord is God," yet he has brought you the clear signs from your Lord? If he is a liar, his lying is upon his own head; but if he is truthful, somewhat of that he promises you will smite you. Surely God guides not him who is prodigal and a liar.

و مرد مؤمنی از خاندان فرعون که ایمانش را پنهان می داشت، گفت: آیا مردی را می کشید که می گوید: پروردگار من خداست؟ و بی تردید از سوی پروردگارتان برای شما دلایل روشنی آورده است، و اگر دروغگو باشد دروغش به زیان خود اوست، و اگر راستگو باشد برخی از عذاب هایی که به شما وعده می دهد به شما خواهد رسید؛ زیرا خدا کسی را که اسراف کار و بسیار دروغگوست، هدایت نمی کند.

و مردی مؤمن از خاندان فرعون که ایمان خود را نهان می‌داشت، گفت: «آیا مردی را می‌کشید که می‌گوید: پروردگار من خداست؟ و مسلماً برای شما از جانب پروردگارتان دلایل آشکاری آورده، و اگر دروغگو باشد دروغش به زیان اوست، و اگر راستگو باشد برخی از آنچه به شما وعده می‌دهد به شما خواهد رسید، چرا که خدا کسی را که افراطکار دروغزن باشد هدایت نمی‌کند.

Firavun ailesinden olup da, inandığını gizleyen bir adam dedi ki: "Rabbim Allah'tır diyen bir adamı mı öldüreceksiniz? Oysa size Rabbinizden belgelerle gelmiştir. Eğer yalancıysa, yalanı kendisinedir; eğer doğru sözlü ise, sizi tehdit ettiklerinin bir kısmı başınıza gelebilir. Doğrusu Allah, aşırı yalancıyı doğru yola eriştirmez."

Dan seorang laki-laki yang beriman di antara pengikut-pengikut Fir'aun yang menyembunyikan imannya berkata: "Apakah kamu akan membunuh seorang laki-laki karena dia menyatakan: "Tuhanku ialah Allah padahal dia telah datang kepadamu dengan membawa keterangan-keterangan dari Tuhanmu. Dan jika ia seorang pendusta maka dialah yang menanggung (dosa) dustanya itu; dan jika ia seorang yang benar niscaya sebagian (bencana) yang diancamkannya kepadamu akan menimpamu". Sesungguhnya Allah tidak menunjuki orang-orang yang melampaui batas lagi pendusta.

اور فرعون والوں میں سے ایک مرد مومن نے جو اپنے ایمان کو حُھپائے ہوئے تھا یہ کہا کہ کیا تم لوگ کسی شخص کو صرف اس بات پر قتل کررہے ہو کہ وہ کہتا ہے کہ میرا پروردگار اللہ ہے اور وہ تمہارے رب کی طرف سے کھلی ہوئی دلیلیں بھی لے کر آیا ہے اور اگر جھوٹا ہے تو اس کے جھوٹ کا عذاب اس کے سر ہوگا اور اگر سچا نکل آیا تو جن باتوں سے ڈرا رہا ہے وہ مصیبتیں تم پر نازل بھی ہوسکتی ہیں - بیشک اللہ کسی زیادتی کرنے والے اور جھوٹے کی رہنمائی نہیں کرتا ہے

ফেরাউন গোত্রের এক মুমিন ব্যক্তি, যে তার ঈমান গোপন রাখত, সে বলল, তোমরা কি একজনকে এজন্যে হত্যা করবে যে, সে বলে, আমার পালনকর্তা আল্লাহ, অথচ সে তোমাদের পালনকর্তার নিকট থেকে স্পষ্ট প্রমাণসহ তোমাদের নিকট আগমন করেছে? যদি সে মিথ্যাবাদী হয়, তবে তার মিথ্যাবাদিতা তার উপরই চাপবে, আর যদি সে সত্যবাদী হয়, তবে সে যে শাস্তির কথা বলছে, তার কিছু না কিছু তোমাদের উপর পড়বেই। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ সীমালংঘনকারী, মিথ্যাবাদীকে পথ প্রদর্শন করেন না।
