إِنَّآ إِلَيْكَ بِمَآ وَلَا ﴿١٠٥﴾

Translation

Saheeh International

Indeed, We have revealed to you, [O Muhammad], the Book in truth so you may judge between the people by that which Allah has shown you. And do not be for the deceitful an advocate.

تبرئُة مسلمانان بی‌گناه

در شأن نزول این آیه و چند یه بعد نقل شده که یکی از منافقان به نام بشیر به خانةٌ مسلمانی به نام «رفاعه» دستبرد زد و شمشیر و زره و قدری از مواد غذایی او را به سرقت برد. رفاعه جریان را با برادرزاده‌اش «قتاده» در میان گذاشت و قتاده که از مجاهدان بدر بود. جریان را به خدمت پیامبر(ص) عرض کرد؛ ولی بشیر و دو برادر دیگرش» یکی از مسلمانان باایمان به نام «لبید» را که با رفاعه زندگی می کردء در این جریان متهم کردند. لبید از این تهمت ناروا سخت بر آشفت و شمشیر کشید و به سوی آنها آمد و فریاد زد که مرا متهم به سرقت می‌کنید؛ در حالی که شما به این کار سزاوارترید. شما همان منافقانی هستید که پیامبر خدا را هجو می کردید و اشعار هجو خود را به قریش نسبت می‌دادید. یا باید این تهمت را که به من زده‌ایدء ثابت کنید یا شمشیر خود را بر شما فرود می‌آورم. برادران سارق که چنین دیدند» با او مدارا کردند؛ اما چون باخبر شدند که جریان به وسیلة قتاده به گوش پیامبر(ص) رسیده» یکی از سخنوران قبیلةٌ خود را دیدند و از او خواستند که با جمعی به خدمت پیامبر(ص) برود و با قیافة حق به جانب» سارقان را تبرئه کنند و قتاده را به تهمت ناروا زدن متهم کنند. پیامبر(ص) طبق وظیفةٌ عمل به ظاهرء شهادت این جمع را پذیرفت و قتاده را مورد سرزنش قرار دارد. قتاده که بی‌گناه بود» از این جریان بسیار ناراحت شد و به سوی عموی خود بازگشت و جریان را با اظهار تأسف فراوان بیان کرد. عمویش او را دلداری داد و گفت: نگران نباش» خداوند پشتیبان ما است. این آیه و أَیةٌ بعد در این باره نازل شد و مرد بی‌گناه (لبید) را تبرئه کرد و خائنان واقصی را مورد سرزنش شدید قرار داد. > **پانوشت صفحه (منابع):** > - نمونه» ید ص‌ ۱۰۳ > ۱- نمونه ج۴ء ص ۱۰۳ ۲ نهج‌البلاغه» خطبة ۱۹۰ ۳ نمونه ج۴ء ص ۱۱۰ > ۳ نمونه. ج۴ء» ص ۱۱۰ > **Cited sources** (grade before any load-bearing use): Tafsīr Nemūneh, Nahj al-Balāgha.
