إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ أَن فِى ٱلَّذِينَ لَهُمْ فِى وَأَنتُمْ لَا ﴿١٩﴾

Translation

Saheeh International

Indeed, those who like that immorality should be spread [or publicized] among those who have believed will have a painful punishment in this world and the Hereafter. And Allah knows and you do not know.

اشاعة فحشا؛ دامن زدن به آتش گناه در جامعه

چون انسان یک موجود اجتماعی استء جامعة بزرگی که در آن زندگی می‌کند از یک نظر همچون خانةٌ او است و حریم آن همچون حریم خانةٌ او محسوب می‌شود؛ پاکی جامعه به پاکی او کمک می‌کند و آلودگی آن به آلودگی‌اش. روی همین اصل, اسلام با هر کاری که جو جامعه را مسموم یا آلوده کندء به شدت مبارزه کرده است. اگر می‌بینیم در اسلام با غییت مبارزه و دستور به عیب‌پوشی داده شده» یک دلیلش همین است که گناه جنبةٌ عمومی پیدا نکند. در روایتی از امام رضا(ع) می‌خوانیم: «آن‌کس که گناه را نشر دهدء خوار شده و آن‌کس که گناه را پنهان کند. مشمول آمرزش الهی است.» اکر می بینیم در أیات بیش، موضوع اشاعه فحشا با لحنی بسیار شدید محکوم شده نیز دلیلش همین است. اصولاً گناه همانند آتش است. هنگامی که این آتش در نقطه‌ای از جامعه روشن شود باید بکوشیم که خاموش یا دست کم محاصره گردد؛ اما اگر به آتش دامن بزنیم و آن را از نقطه‌ای به نقطهٌ دیگر ببریم» حریق همه جا را فرا خواهد گرفت و کسی قادر به مهار آن نخواهد بود. از این گذشته» عظمت گناه در نظر عامةٌ مردم و حفظ ظاهر جامعه از آلودگی‌هاء خود سد بزرگی در برابر فساد است. در حدیثی از پیامبر اسلام(ص) می‌خوانیم: «کسی که کار زشتی را نشر دهد.ء همانند کسی است که اولین بار [در عالم] به آن اقدام کرده است.» در حدیث دیگری از امام کاظم(ع) می‌خوانیم که مردی خدمتش آمد و عرض کرد: فدایت شوم؛ از یکی از برادران دینی کاری نقل کردند که من آن را ناخوش داشتم. از خودش پرسیدمء انکار کرد؛ در حالی که جمعی از افراد مورد اعتمادء این مطلب را از او نقل کرده‌اند. امام فرمود: «گوش و چشم خود را در مقابل برادر مسلمانت تکذیب کن. حتی اگر پنجاه نفر سوگند خوردند که او کاری کرده و او بگوید نکرده‌ام» از او بپذیر و از آنها نپذیر. هرگز چیزی که مایةٌ عیب و ننگ او است و شخصیتش را از میان می‌برد. در جامعه پخش مکن که از آنها خواهی بود که خداوند در بارةٌ آنها فرموده: «ان الذین یحبون ان تشیع الفاحشة...».» البته این موضوع, استثناهایی مانند شهادت در دادگاه دارد؛ یا مواردی که برای نهی از منکر راهی جز پرده برداشتن از زشت‌کاری یک نفر وجود ندارد. > **پانوشت صفحه (منابع):** > ۱-المیزان» ج۰۱۵ ص ‎٩۹۰‏ > ۱- المیزان» چ۵ ص ‎٩۹۰‏ ۲- پیشین» ص ‎٩۱‏ ۳ نمونه, چ۱۴ ص ۴۰۵ > ۳ نمونهء ج۰۱۴ ص ۴۰۵ > **Cited sources** (grade before any load-bearing use): Tafsīr Nemūneh, al-Mīzān.
