They have taken their scholars and monks as lords besides Allah, and [also] the Messiah, the son of Mary. And they were not commanded except to worship one God; there is no deity except Him. Exalted is He above whatever they associate with Him.

They have taken their scribes and their monks as lords besides Allah, and also Christ, Mary’s son; though they were commanded to worship only the One God, there is no god except Him; He is far too immaculate to have any partners that they ascribe [to Him]!

They have taken as lords beside Allah their rabbis and their monks and the Messiah son of Mary, when they were bidden to worship only One Allah. There is no Allah save Him. Be He Glorified from all that they ascribe as partner (unto Him)!

They take their priests and their anchorites to be their lords in derogation of Allah, and (they take as their Lord) Christ the son of Mary; yet they were commanded to worship but One Allah: there is no god but He. Praise and glory to Him: (Far is He) from having the partners they associate (with Him).

They have taken their rabbis and their monks as lords apart from God, and the Messiah, Mary's son -- and they were commanded to serve but One God; there is no god but He; glory be to Him, above that they associate --

آنان دانشمندان و راهبانشان و مسیح پسر مریم را به جای خدا به خدایی گرفتند؛ در حالی که مأمور نبودند مگر اینکه معبود یگانه را که هیچ معبودی جز او نیست بپرستند؛ منزّه و پاک است از آنچه شریک او قرار می دهند.

اینان دانشمندان و راهبان خود و مسیح پسر مریم را به جای خدا به الوهیّت گرفتند، با آنکه مأمور نبودند جز اینکه خدایی یگانه را بپرستند که هیچ معبودی جز او نیست. منزه است او از آنچه [با وی‌] شریک می‌گردانند.

Onlar Allah'ı bırakıp hahamlarını, papazlarını ve Meryem oğlu Mesih'i rableri olarak kabul ettiler. Oysa tek Tanrı'dan başkasına kulluk etmemekle emrolunmuşlardı. Ondan başka tanrı yoktur. Allah, koştukları eşlerden münezzehtir.

Mereka menjadikan orang-orang alimnya dan rahib-rahib mereka sebagai tuhan selain Allah dan (juga mereka mempertuhankan) Al Masih putera Maryam, padahal mereka hanya disuruh menyembah Tuhan yang Esa, tidak ada Tuhan (yang berhak disembah) selain Dia. Maha suci Allah dari apa yang mereka persekutukan.

ان لوگوں نے اپنے عالموں اور راہبوں اور مسیح بن مریم کو خدا کو چھوڑ کر اپنا رب بنالیا ہے حالانکہ انہیں صرف خدائے یکتا کی عبادت کا حکم دیا گیا تھا جس کے علاوہ کوئی خدا نہیں ہے وہ واحد و بے نیاز ہے اور ان کے مشرکانہ خیالات سے پاک و پاکیزہ ہے

তারা তাদের পন্ডিত ও সংসার-বিরাগীদিগকে তাদের পালনকর্তারূপে গ্রহণ করেছে আল্লাহ ব্যতীত এবং মরিয়মের পুত্রকেও। অথচ তারা আদিষ্ট ছিল একমাত্র মাবুদের এবাদতের জন্য। তিনি ছাড়া কোন মাবুদ নেই, তারা তাঁর শরীক সাব্যস্ত করে, তার থেকে তিনি পবিত্র।
