هُوَ ٱلَّذِىٓ عَلَى وَلَوْ ﴿٣٣﴾

Translation

Saheeh International

It is He who has sent His Messenger with guidance and the religion of truth to manifest it over all religion, although they who associate others with Allah dislike it.

وعدة جهانی شدن اسلام

این آیه که با همین الفاظ در آَیةٌ ‎٩‏ سورةٌ صف نیز آمده است و با تفاوت مختصری در أَیةٌ ۲۸ سورة فتح تکرار شده» خبر از واقعةٌ مهمی می‌دهد که اهمیتش موجب این تکرار شده است؛ جهانی شدن اسلام و عالم‌گیر گشتن آن. شک نیست که در حال حاضر این موضوع تحقق نیافته؛ ولی می‌دانیم که این وعدةٌ حتمی خدا به تدریج در حال تحقق است. سرعت پیشرفت اسلام در جمان» به رسمیت شناخته شدن این آیین در کشورهای گوناگون اروپایی» نفوذ سریع آن در آمریکا و آفریقا و اسلام آوردن بسیاری از دانشمندان و مانند اینها همگی نشان می‌دهد که اسلام رو به سوی عالم‌گیر شدن است؛ ولی طبق روایات متعددی که در منابع اسلامی وارد شده» تکامل این برنامه هنگامی خواهد بود که حضرت ممدی -عجل‌الله تعالی فرجه‌الشریف - ظهور کند و برنامة جهانی شدن اسلام را تحقق بخشد. از امام باقر(ع) در تفسیر این آیه نقل شده است: «وعده‌ای که در این آیه است. به هنگام خروج (ظهور) مهدی آل محمد(ع) صورت می‌پذیرد. در آن روز؛ هیچ کس در روی زمین نخواهد بود مگر این‌که به (حقانیت) محمد(ص) اقرار می‌کند.» نیز از پیامبر اسلام(ص) نقل شده است: «بر روی زمین هیچ خانه و خیمه‌ای باقی نمی‌ماند مگر این‌که خداوند نام اسلام را در آن وارد می‌کند.»

تهدید کسانی که انفاق نمی‌کنند

منظور از انفاق در راه خدا در این آّیهء هر انفاق و هزینه‌ای است که اساس دین بر آن استوار است؛ به طوری که اگر در آن مورد انفاق نشودء بر اساس دین لطمه وارد می‌شود؛ مانند انفاق برای جهاد و مصلحتهای دینی که حفظ آن واجب است و همجنین انفاق برای مسائل اجتماعی مسلمانان که اگر زمین بماند» شیرازه و اساس جامعةٌ اسلامی از هم گسیخته می‌شود. این انفاق همچنین شامل حقوق مالی واجب - مانند خمس و زکات - نیز می‌شود که دین» آن را به منظور تحکیم جامعةٌ دینی واجب کرده است. پس اگر کسی با وجود احتیاج جامعة اسلامی به این قبیل هزینه‌هاء سرمایه و نقدینگی خود را ذخیره کند و از انفاق ان در راه خدا خودداری کند، باید منتظر عذاب دردناکی باشد. در تاریخ خلیفه سوم می خوانیم که ابوذر غفاری، صحابی بزرگوار پیامبر اکرم(ص)» در اعتراض به ثروت‌اندوزی و بی‌مبالاتی عثمان و معاویه در مورد بیت‌المال مسلمین, آنها را توبیخ و به این آیه استناد می‌کرد. تا آتجا که او را به جرم حق‌گویی به ربذه (بیابانی خشک و بی‌آب و علف) تبعید کردند و او در همان‌جا جان به جان‌آفرین تسلیم کرد.
