[So it was], until when Our command came and the oven overflowed, We said, "Load upon the ship of each [creature] two mates and your family, except those about whom the word has preceded, and [include] whoever has believed." But none had believed with him, except a few.

When Our edict came and the oven gushed [a stream of water], We said, ‘Carry in it a pair of every kind [of animal], along with your family—except those [of them] against whom the edict has already been given—and those who have faith.’ And none believed with him except a few.

(Thus it was) till, when Our commandment came to pass and the oven gushed forth water, We said: Load therein two of every kind, a pair (the male and female), and thy household, save him against whom the word hath gone forth already, and those who believe. And but a few were they who believed with him.

At length, behold! there came Our command, and the fountains of the earth gushed forth! We said: "Embark therein, of each kind two, male and female, and your family - except those against whom the word has already gone forth,- and the Believers." but only a few believed with him.

Until, when Our command came, and the Oven boiled, We said, 'Embark in it two of every kind, and thy family -- except for him against whom the word has already been spoken and whosoever believes.' And there believed not with him except a few.

[رویاروییِ نوح و قومش هم چنان ادامه داشت] تا هنگامی که فرمان ما فرا رسید و تنور فوران کرد، گفتیم: از هر [نوع حیوانی] یک زوج دوتایی [یک نر و یک ماده] و نیز خاندانت و آنان را که ایمان آورده اند، در کشتی سوار کن مگر کسی که پیش تر فرمان غرق شدن را بر ضد او لازم کرده ایم. و جز اندکی همراه او ایمان نیاوردند.

تا آنگاه که فرمان ما دررسید و تنور فوران کرد، فرمودیم: «در آن [کشتی‌] از هر حیوانی یک جفت، با کسانت -مگر کسی که قبلا در باره او سخن رفته است- و کسانی که ایمان آورده‌اند، حمل کن.» و با او جز [عدّه‌] اندکی ایمان نیاورده بودند!

Buyruğumuz gelip tandırdan sular kaynamağa başlayınca, "Her cinsten birer çifti ve aleyhine hüküm verilmiş olanın dışında kalan çoluk çocuğunu ve inananları gemiye bindir" dedik. Pek az kimse onunla beraber inanmıştı.

Hingga apabila perintah Kami datang dan dapur telah memancarkan air, Kami berfirman: "Muatkanlah ke dalam bahtera itu dari masing-masing binatang sepasang (jantan dan betina), dan keluargamu kecuali orang yang telah terdahulu ketetapan terhadapnya dan (muatkan pula) orang-orang yang beriman". Dan tidak beriman bersama dengan Nuh itu kecuali sedikit.

یہاں تک کہ جب ہمارا حکم آگیا اور تنور سے پانی ابلنے لگا تو ہم نے کہا کہ نوح اپنے ساتھ ہر جوڑے میں سے دو کو لے لو اور اپنے اہل کو بھی لے لو علاوہ ان کے جن کے بارے میں ہلاکت کا فیصلہ ہوچکا ہے اور صاحبان هایمان کو بھی لے لو اور ان کے ساتھ ایمان والے بہت ہی کم تھے

অবশেষে যখন আমার হুকুম এসে পৌঁছাল এবং ভুপৃষ্ঠ উচ্ছসিত হয়ে উঠল, আমি বললামঃ সর্বপ্রকার জোড়ার দুটি করে এবং যাদের উপরে পূর্বহেߦ#2439; হুকুম হয়ে গেছে তাদের বাদি দিয়ে, আপনার পরিজনবর্গ ও সকল ঈমানদারগণকে নৌকায় তুলে নিন। বলাবাহুল্য অতি অল্পসংখ্যক লোকই তাঁর সাথে ঈমান এনেছিল।
