فَسَوْفَ مَن عَلَيْهِ ﴿٣٩﴾

Translation

Saheeh International

And you are going to know who will get a punishment that will disgrace him [on earth] and upon whom will descend an enduring punishment [in the Hereafter]."

    Then is he who will shield with his face the worst of the punishment on the Day of Resurrection [like one secure from it]? And it will be said to the wrongdoers, "Taste what you…

  • وَإِنَّ عَلَيْكَ ٱللَّعْنَةَ إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ ٱلدِّينِ

    And indeed, upon you is the curse until the Day of Recompense."

  • يُدْخِلُ مَن يَشَآءُ فِى رَحْمَتِهِۦ وَٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ أَعَدَّ لَهُمْ عَذَابًا أَلِيمًۢا

    He admits whom He wills into His mercy; but the wrongdoers - He has prepared for them a painful punishment.

  • كَذَٰلِكَ ٱلْعَذَابُ وَلَعَذَابُ ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ أَكْبَرُ لَوْ كَانُوا۟ يَعْلَمُونَ

    Such is the punishment [of this world]. And the punishment of the Hereafter is greater, if they only knew.
