The heavens almost rupture therefrom and the earth splits open and the mountains collapse in devastation

The heavens are about to be rent apart at it, the earth to split open, and the mountains to collapse into bits,

Whereby almost the heavens are torn, and the earth is split asunder and the mountains fall in ruins,

At it the skies are ready to burst, the earth to split asunder, and the mountains to fall down in utter ruin,

The heavens are wellnigh rent of it and the earth split asunder, and the mountains wellnigh fall down crashing for

نزدیک است آسمان ها از این [ادعای بی اصل و سخن ناروا] پاره پاره شوند، و زمین بشکافد، و کوه ها به شدت در هم بشکنند و فرو ریزند!!

چیزی نمانده است که آسمانها از این [سخن‌] بشکافند و زمین چاک خورد و کوهها به شدت فرو ریزند.

hampir-hampir langit pecah karena ucapan itu, dan bumi belah, dan gunung-gunung runtuh,

قریب ہے کہ اس سے آسمان پھٹ پڑے اور زمین شگافتہ ہوجائے اور پہاڑ ٹکڑے ٹکڑے ہوکر گر پڑیں

হয় তো এর কারণেই এখনই নভোমন্ডল ফেটে পড়বে, পৃথিবী খন্ড-বিখন্ড হবে এবং পর্বতমালা চূর্ণ-বিচুর্ণ হবে।
