You worship not besides Him except [mere] names you have named them, you and your fathers, for which Allah has sent down no authority. Legislation is not but for Allah. He has commanded that you worship not except Him. That is the correct religion, but most of the people do not know.

Those whom ye worship beside Him are but names which ye have named, ye and your fathers. Allah hath revealed no sanction for them. The decision rests with Allah only, Who hath commanded you that ye worship none save Him. This is the right religion, but most men know not.

That which you serve, apart from Him, is nothing but names yourselves have named, you and your fathers; God has sent down no authority touching them. Judgment belongs only to God; He has commanded that you shall not serve any but Him. That is the right religion; but most men know not.

شما به جای خدا جز [بت هایی] با نام هایی بی اثر و بی معنا که خود و پدرانتان آنها را نامگذاری کرده اید نمی پرستید، خدا [که صاحب اختیار همه هستی است] هیچ دلیلی بر [حقّانیّت آنها برای پرستش] نازل نکرده است. حکم فقط ویژه خداست، او فرمان داده که جز او را نپرستید. دین درست و راست و آیین پابرجا و حق همین است، ولی بیشتر مردم [حقایق را] نمی دانند.

شما به جای او جز نامهایی [چند] را نمی‌پرستید که شما و پدرانتان آنها را نامگذاری کرده‌اید، و خدا دلیلی بر [حقانیت‌] آنها نازل نکرده است. فرمان جز برای خدا نیست. دستور داده که جز او را نپرستید. این است دین درست، ولی بیشتر مردم نمی‌دانند.

"Allah'ı bırakıp taptığınız, sizin ve babalarınızın adlandırdığı putlardan başka bir şey değildir. Allah onların doğru olduğuna dair bir delil indirmemiştir. Hüküm vermek ancak Allah'a aittir; kendisinden başkasına değil, O'na tapmanızı emretmiştir. Bu, dosdoğru dindir, fakat insanların çoğu bilmezler".

Kamu tidak menyembah yang selain Allah kecuali hanya (menyembah) nama-nama yang kamu dan nenek moyangmu membuat-buatnya. Allah tidak menurunkan suatu keteranganpun tentang nama-nama itu. Keputusan itu hanyalah kepunyaan Allah. Dia telah memerintahkan agar kamu tidak menyembah selain Dia. Itulah agama yang lurus, tetapi kebanyakan manusia tidak mengetahui".

تم اس خدا کو چھوڑ کر صرف ان ناموں کی پرستش کرتے ہو جنہیں تم نے خود رکھ لیا ہے یا تمہارے آبائ و اجداد نے -اللہ نے ان کے بارے میں کوئی دلیل نازل نہیں کی ہے جب کہ حکم کرنے کا حق صرف خدا کو ہے اور اسی نے حکم دیا ہے کہ اس کے علاوہ کسی کی عبادت نہ کی جائے کہ یہی مستحکم اور سیدھا دین ہے لیکن اکثر لوگ اس بات کو نہیں جانتے ہیں

তোমরা আল্লাহকে ছেড়ে নিছক কতগুলো নামের এবাদত কর, সেগুলো তোমরা এবং তোমাদের বাপ-দাদারা সাব্যস্ত করে নিয়েছে। আল্লাহ এদের কোন প্রমাণ অবতীর্ণ করেননি। আল্লাহ ছাড়া কারও বিধান দেবার ক্ষমতা নেই। তিনি আদেশ দিয়েছেন যে, তিনি ব্যতীত অন্য কারও এবাদত করো না। এটাই সরল পথ। কিন্তু অধিকাংশ লোক তা জানে না।
