بِهِۦ فَلَمَّا إِلَىٰ مَا ٱلَّٰتِى إِنَّ ﴿٥٠﴾

Translation

Saheeh International

And the king said, "Bring him to me." But when the messenger came to him, [Joseph] said, "Return to your master and ask him what is the case of the women who cut their hands. Indeed, my Lord is Knowing of their plan."

عزت نفس

یوسف(ع) نمی‌خواست به سادگی از زندان آزاد شود و ننگ عفو شاه را بپذیرد. او نمی‌خواست پس از آزادی» به صورت یک مجرم یا دست‌کم یک متهم که مشمول عفو شاه شده استء زندگی کند. او می‌خواست نخست در بارة علت زندانی شدنش تحقیق شود و بی‌گناهی و پاکدامنی‌اش کاملاً اثبات گرددء سپس تبرئه و با سربلندی آزاد شود. در ضمن» آلودگی سازمان حکومت مصر را ثابت کند. در روایتی از پیامبر اکرم می‌خوانیم: «صبر و بزرگواری یوسف(ع) شگفت‌انگیز است. هنگامی که آمدند و از او تعبیر خواب پادشاه را پرسیدند. نگفت تا وقتی که از زندان بیرون نیایم. نمی‌گویم؛ ولی هنگامی که آمدند او را از زندان آزاد کنند. بیرون نیامد تا از اتهامی که به او زده بودند. تبرئه گردد.» همین صبر و بزرگواری باعث شد پادشاهی که در ابتدا (آَیةُ ۵۰) گفته بود «او را نزد من آورید» (در آیةٌ ۵۴) بگوید: «او را نزد من آورید تا وی را مخصوص خود گردانم.»
