    So nothing availed them [from] what they used to earn.

  • تَتَجَافَىٰ جُنُوبُهُمْ عَنِ ٱلْمَضَاجِعِ يَدْعُونَ رَبَّهُمْ خَوْفًا وَطَمَعًا وَمِمَّا رَزَقْنَٰهُمْ يُنفِقُونَ

    They arise from [their] beds; they supplicate their Lord in fear and aspiration, and from what We have provided them, they spend.

  • ٱلصَّٰبِرِينَ وَٱلصَّٰدِقِينَ وَٱلْقَٰنِتِينَ وَٱلْمُنفِقِينَ وَٱلْمُسْتَغْفِرِينَ بِٱلْأَسْحَارِ

    The patient, the true, the obedient, those who spend [in the way of Allah], and those who seek forgiveness before dawn.

  • وَٱلَّذِينَ يَبِيتُونَ لِرَبِّهِمْ سُجَّدًا وَقِيَٰمًا

    And those who spend [part of] the night to their Lord prostrating and standing [in prayer]

  • فَٰكِهِينَ بِمَآ ءَاتَىٰهُمْ رَبُّهُمْ وَوَقَىٰهُمْ رَبُّهُمْ عَذَابَ ٱلْجَحِيمِ

    Enjoying what their Lord has given them, and their Lord protected them from the punishment of Hellfire.
