ثُمَّ إِلَيْنَا ﴿٥٧﴾

    Every soul will taste death, and you will only be given your [full] compensation on the Day of Resurrection. So he who is drawn away from the Fire and admitted to Paradise has…

  • تَظُنُّ أَن يُفْعَلَ بِهَا فَاقِرَةٌ

    Expecting that there will be done to them [something] backbreaking.

  • هُوَ يُحْىِۦ وَيُمِيتُ وَإِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ

    He gives life and causes death, and to Him you will be returned

  • إِنَّا نَحْنُ نُحْىِۦ وَنُمِيتُ وَإِلَيْنَا ٱلْمَصِيرُ

    Indeed, it is We who give life and cause death, and to Us is the destination

  • مَتَٰعٌ فِى ٱلدُّنْيَا ثُمَّ إِلَيْنَا مَرْجِعُهُمْ ثُمَّ نُذِيقُهُمُ ٱلْعَذَابَ ٱلشَّدِيدَ بِمَا كَانُوا۟ يَكْفُرُونَ

    [For them is brief] enjoyment in this world; then to Us is their return; then We will make them taste the severe punishment because they used to disbelieve
