And who are more unjust than those who prevent the name of Allah from being mentioned in His mosques and strive toward their destruction. It is not for them to enter them except in fear. For them in this world is disgrace, and they will have in the Hereafter a great punishment.

Who is a greater wrongdoer than those who deny access to the mosques of Allah lest His Name be celebrated therein, and try to ruin them? Such ones may not enter them, except in fear. There is disgrace for them in this world and a great punishment in the Hereafter.

And who doth greater wrong than he who forbiddeth the approach to the sanctuaries of Allah lest His name should be mentioned therein, and striveth for their ruin. As for such, it was never meant that they should enter them except in fear. Theirs in the world is ignominy and theirs in the Hereafter is an awful doom.

And who is more unjust than he who forbids that in places for the worship of Allah, Allah's name should be celebrated?-whose zeal is (in fact) to ruin them? It was not fitting that such should themselves enter them except in fear. For them there is nothing but disgrace in this world, and in the world to come, an exceeding torment.

And who does greater evil than he who bars God's places of worship, so that His Name be not rehearsed in them, and strives to destroy them? Such men might never enter them, save in fear; for them is degradation in the present world, and in the world to come a mighty chastisement.

و چه کسانی ستمکارتر از کسانی می باشند که از بردن نام خدا در مساجد خدا جلوگیری کردند، و در خرابی آنها کوشیدند؟ آنان را شایسته نیست که در آن [مراکز عبادت] درآیند، جز در حال ترس [از عدالت و انتقام خدا]. برای آنان در دنیا خواری و زبونی است و در آخرت عذابی بزرگ است.

و کیست بیدادگرتر از آن کس که نگذارد در مساجد خدا، نام وی برده شود، و در ویرانی آنها بکوشد؟ آنان حق ندارند جز ترسان-لرزان در آن [مسجد]ها درآیند. در این دنیا ایشان را خواری، و در آخرت عذابی بزرگ است.

Allah'ın mescidlerinde O'nun isminin anılmasını yasak eden ve oraların yıkılmasına çalışan kimseden daha zalim kim vardır? Onların oralara korkmadan girememeleri gerekir. Dünyada rezillik onlaradır, ahirette büyük azab da onlaradır.

Dan siapakah yang lebih aniaya daripada orang yang menghalanghalangi menyebut nama Allah dalam mesjid-mesjid-Nya, dan berusaha untuk merobohkannya? Mereka itu tidak sepatutnya masuk ke dalamnya (mesjid Allah), kecuali dengan rasa takut (kepada Allah). Mereka di dunia mendapat kehinaan dan di akhirat mendapat siksa yang berat.

اور اس سے بڑھ کر ظالم کون ہوگا جو مساجد خدا میں اس کا نام لینے سے منع کرے اور ان کی بربادی کی کوشش کرے. ان لوگوں کا حصّہ صرف یہ ہے کہ مساجد میں خوفزدہ ہوکر داخل ہوں اور ان کے لئے دنیا میں رسوائی ہے اور آخرت میں عذاب عظیم

যে ব্যাক্তি আল্লাহর মসজিদসমূহে তাঁর নাম উচ্চারণ করতে বাধা দেয় এবং সেগুলোকে উজাড় করতে চেষ্টা করে, তার চাইতে বড় যালেম আর কে? এদের পক্ষে মসজিদসমূহে প্রবেশ করা বিধেয় নয়, অবশ্য ভীত-সন্ত্রস্ত অবস্থায়। ওদের জন্য ইহকালে লাঞ্ছনা এবং পরকালে কঠিন শাস্তি রয়েছে।
