فَأَمَّا مَنْ ﴿١٩﴾

Translation

Saheeh International

So as for he who is given his record in his right hand, he will say, "Here, read my record!

    [Mention, O Muhammad], the Day We will call forth every people with their record [of deeds]. Then whoever is given his record in his right hand - those will read their records…

  • ٱقْرَأْ كِتَٰبَكَ كَفَىٰ بِنَفْسِكَ ٱلْيَوْمَ عَلَيْكَ حَسِيبًا

    [It will be said], "Read your record. Sufficient is yourself against you this Day as accountant."

  • وَقَالَ قَرِينُهُۥ هَٰذَا مَا لَدَىَّ عَتِيدٌ

    And his companion, [the angel], will say, "This [record] is what is with me, prepared."
