Saheeh International

And if they were to see a fragment from the sky falling, they would say, "[It is merely] clouds heaped up."

    Is it you who brought it down from the clouds, or is it We who bring it down?

  • فَأَثَرْنَ بِهِۦ نَقْعًا

    Stirring up thereby [clouds of] dust,

  • فَأَسْقِطْ عَلَيْنَا كِسَفًا مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ إِن كُنتَ مِنَ ٱلصَّٰدِقِينَ

    So cause to fall upon us fragments of the sky, if you should be of the truthful."

  • أَوْ كَصَيِّبٍ مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ فِيهِ ظُلُمَٰتٌ وَرَعْدٌ وَبَرْقٌ يَجْعَلُونَ أَصَٰبِعَهُمْ فِىٓ ءَاذَانِهِم مِّنَ ٱلصَّوَٰعِقِ حَذَرَ ٱلْمَوْتِ وَٱللَّهُ مُحِيطٌۢ بِٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ
