And We showed them not a sign except that it was greater than its sister, and We seized them with affliction that perhaps they might return [to faith].

We did not show them a sign but it was greater than the other, and We visited on them punishment so that they might come back.

And every token that We showed them was greater than its sister (token), and We grasped them with the torment, that haply they might turn again.

We showed them Sign after Sign, each greater than its fellow, and We seized them with Punishment, in order that they might turn (to Us).

And not a sign We showed them, but it was greater than its sister sign; and We seized them with chastisement, that haply they should return.

ما هیچ معجزه ای را به آنان نشان نمی دادیم مگر آنکه از مشابهش بزرگ تر بود، و آنان را به عذاب دنیایی گرفتار کردیم، باشد که بازگردند.

و [ما] نشانه‌ای به ایشان نمی‌نمودیم مگر اینکه آن از نظیر [و مشابه‌] آن بزرگتر بود، و به عذاب گرفتارشان کردیم تا مگر به راه آیند.

Onlara gösterdiğimiz her mucize diğerinden daha büyüktü; doğru yola dönmeleri için onları azaba uğrattık.

Dan tidaklah Kami perlihatkan kepada mereka sesuatu mukjizat kecuali mukjizat itu lebih besar dari mukjizat-mukjizat yang sebelumnya. Dan Kami timpakan kepada mereka azab supaya mereka kembali (ke jalan yang benar).

اور ہم انہیں جو بھی نشانی دکھلاتے تھے وہ پہلے والی نشانی سے بڑھ کر ہی ہوتی تھی اور پھر انہیں عذاب کی گرفت میں لے لیا کہ شاید اسی طرح راستہ پر واپس آجائیں

আমি তাদেরকে যে নিদর্শনই দেখাতাম, তাই হত পূর্ববর্তী নিদর্শন অপেক্ষা বৃহৎ এবং আমি তাদেরকে শাস্তি দ্বারা পাকড়াও করলাম, যাতে তারা ফিরে আসে।
