وَمَا وَمَا لَهُۥٓ إِنْ هُوَ إِلَّا ﴿٦٩﴾

Translation

Saheeh International

And We did not give Prophet Muhammad, knowledge of poetry, nor is it befitting for him. It is not but a message and a clear Qur'an

    And We did not send any messenger except [speaking] in the language of his people to state clearly for them, and Allah sends astray [thereby] whom He wills and guides whom He…

  • إِنَّهُۥ لَقَوْلُ رَسُولٍ كَرِيمٍ

    [That] indeed, the Qur'an is the word of a noble Messenger.

  • لَا تُحَرِّكْ بِهِۦ لِسَانَكَ لِتَعْجَلَ بِهِۦٓ

    Move not your tongue with it, [O Muhammad], to hasten with recitation of the Qur'an.

  • وَقَالُوا۟ لَوْلَا نُزِّلَ هَٰذَا ٱلْقُرْءَانُ عَلَىٰ رَجُلٍ مِّنَ ٱلْقَرْيَتَيْنِ عَظِيمٍ
