And do not invoke besides Allah that which neither benefits you nor harms you, for if you did, then indeed you would be of the wrongdoers.'"

Nor invoke besides Allah that which neither benefits you nor can do you any harm. For if you do so, then you will indeed be among the wrongdoers.’’ ’

And cry not, beside Allah, unto that which cannot profit thee nor hurt thee, for if thou didst so then wert thou of the wrong-doers.

"'Nor call on any, other than Allah;- Such will neither profit thee nor hurt thee: if thou dost, behold! thou shalt certainly be of those who do wrong.'"

and do not call, apart from God, on that which neither profits nor hurts thee, for if thou dost, then thou wilt surely be of the evildoers.

و به جای خدا چیزی را که سودی به تو نمی رساند و زیانی نمی زند، مَپَرست؛ که اگر بپرستی قطعاً از زیانکاران خواهی بود.

و به جای خدا، چیزی را که سود و زیانی به تو نمی‌رساند، مخوان؛ که اگر چنین کنی، در آن صورت قطعاً از جمله ستمکارانی.

(Muhammed'e) "Yüzünü, doğruya yönelmiş olarak dine çevir, sakın ortak koşanlardan olma; sana fayda da zarar da veremeyecek, Allah'tan başkasına yalvarma; öyle yaparsan şüphesiz, zalimlerden olursun" denildi.

Dan janganlah kamu menyembah apa-apa yang tidak memberi manfaat dan tidak (pula) memberi mudharat kepadamu selain Allah; sebab jika kamu berbuat (yang demikian), itu, maka sesungguhnya kamu kalau begitu termasuk orang-orang yang zalim".

اور خدا کے علاوہ کسی ایسے کو آواز نہ دیں جو نہ فائدہ پہنچا سکتا ہے اور نہ نقصان ورنہ ایسا کریں گے تو آپ کا شمار بھی ظالمین میں ہوجائے گا

আর নির্দেশ হয়েছে আল্লাহ ব্যতীত এমন কাউকে ডাকবে না, যে তোমার ভাল করবে না মন্দও করবে না। বস্তুতঃ তুমি যদি এমন কাজ কর, তাহলে তখন তুমিও জালেমদের অন্তর্ভুক্ত হয়ে যাবে।
