Or do they say, "He has invented it?" Say, "If I have invented it, you will not possess for me [the power of protection] from Allah at all. He is most knowing of that in which you are involved. Sufficient is He as Witness between me and you, and He is the Forgiving the Merciful."

Or they say, ‘He has fabricated it.’ Say, ‘Should I have fabricated it, you would not avail me anything against Allah. He best knows what you gossip concerning it. He suffices as a witness between me and you, and He is the All-forgiving, the All-merciful.’

Or say they: He hath invented it? Say (O Muhammad): If I have invented it, still ye have no power to support me against Allah. He is Best Aware of what ye say among yourselves concerning it. He sufficeth for a witness between me and you. And He is the Forgiving, the Merciful.

Or do they say, "He has forged it"? Say: "Had I forged it, then can ye obtain no single (blessing) for me from Allah. He knows best of that whereof ye talk (so glibly)! Enough is He for a witness between me and you! And he is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful."

Or do they say, 'He has forged it'? Say: 'If I have forged it, you have no power to help me against God. He knows very well what you are pressing upon; He suffices as a witness between me and you; He is the All-forgiving, the All-compassionate.'

بلکه می گویند: این قرآن را از نزد خود ساخته و به خدا نسبت داده است. بگو: اگر آن را از نزد خود ساخته و به خدا نسبت داده باشم [و خدا بخواهد برای این کار مرا به عذابی سخت گرفتار کند] شما نمی توانید برای من چیزی از عذاب خدا را دفع کنید، خدا به باطلی که در آن فرو می روید [و آن طعنه زدن به قرآن و جادو خواندن آن است] داناتر است، و کافی است که خدا میان من و شما گواه باشد، و او بسیار آمرزنده و مهربان است.

یا می‌گویند: «این [کتاب‌] را بربافته است.» بگو: «اگر آن را بربافته باشم؛ در برابر خدا اختیار چیزی برای من ندارید. او آگاه‌تر است به آنچه [با طعنه‌] در آن فرو می‌روید. گواه بودن او میان من و شما بس است، و اوست آمرزنده مهربان.»

Veya, "onu uydurdu" derler. De ki: "Eğer onu uydurdumsa, beni Allah'a karşı hiçbir şekilde savunamazsınız; O, Kuran için yaptığınız taşkınlıkları daha iyi bilir. Benimle sizin aranızda şahit olarak O yeter. O, bağışlayandır, merhamet edendir."

Bahkan mereka mengatakan: "Dia (Muhammad) telah mengada-adakannya (Al Quran)". Katakanlah: "Jika aku mengada-adakannya, maka kamu tiada mempunyai kuasa sedikitpun mempertahankan aku dari (azab) Allah itu. Dia lebih mengetahui apa-apa yang kamu percakapkan tentang Al Quran itu. Cukuplah Dia menjadi saksi antaraku dan antaramu dan Dialah Yang Maha Pengampun lagi Maha Penyayang".

تو کیا یہ لوگ یہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول نے افترا کیا ہے تو آپ کہہ دیجئے کہ اگر میں نے افترا کیا ہے تو تم میرے کام آنے والے نہیں ہو اور خدا خوب جانتا ہے کہ تم اس کے بارے میں کیا کیا باتیں کرتے ہو اور میرے اور تمہارے درمیان گواہی کے لئے وہی کافی ہے اور وہی بہت بخشنے والا اور مہربان ہے

তারা কি বলে যে, রসূল একে রচনা করেছে? বলুন, যদি আমি রচনা করে থাকি, তবে তোমরা আল্লাহর শাস্তি থেকে আমাকে রক্ষা করার অধিকারী নও। তোমরা এ সম্পর্কে যা আলোচনা কর, সে বিষয়ে আল্লাহ সম্যক অবগত। আমার ও তোমাদের মধ্যে তিনি সাক্ষী হিসাবে যথেষ্ট। তিনি ক্ষমাশীল, দয়াময়।
