So they hamstrung the she-camel and were insolent toward the command of their Lord and said, "O Salih, bring us what you promise us, if you should be of the messengers."

So they hamstrung the She-camel and defied the command of their Lord, and they said, ‘O Salih, bring us what you threaten us with, if you are one of the apostles.’

So they hamstrung the she-camel, and they flouted the commandment of their Lord, and they said: O Salih! Bring upon us that thou threatenest if thou art indeed of those sent (from Allah).

Then they ham-strung the she-camel, and insolently defied the order of their Lord, saying: "O Salih! bring about thy threats, if thou art a messenger (of Allah)!"

So they hamstrung the She-camel and turned in disdain from the commandment of their Lord, saying, 'O Salih, bring us that thou promisest us, if thou art an Envoy.'

پس آن ماده شتر را پی کردند، و از فرمان پروردگارشان سرپیچی نمودند و به صالح گفتند: اگر از پیامبران هستی عذابی که همواره به ما وعده می دهی، بیاور.

پس آن ماده‌شتر را پی کردند و از فرمان پروردگار خود سرپیچیدند و گفتند: «ای صالح، اگر از پیامبرانی، آنچه را به ما وعده می‌دهی برای ما بیاور.»

Büyüklük taslayanlar, "Sizin inandığınızı biz inkar ediyoruz" dediler ve dişi deveyi kesip devirdiler; Rablerinin buyruğuna baş kaldırdılar, "Ey Salih, eğer sen peygambersen bizi tehdit ettiğin azaba uğrat bakalım" dediler.

Kemudian mereka sembelih unta betina itu, dan mereka berlaku angkuh terhadap perintah Tuhan. Dan mereka berkata: "Hai Shaleh, datangkanlah apa yang kamu ancamkan itu kepada kami, jika (betul) kamu termasuk orang-orang yang diutus (Allah)".

پھر یہ کہہ کر ناقہ کے پاؤں کاٹ دئیے اور حکم خدا سے سرتابی کی اور کہا کہ صالح علیھ السّلاماگر تم خدا کے رسول ہو تو جس عذاب کی دھمکی دے رہے تھے اسے لے آؤ

অতঃপর তারা উষ্ট্রীকে হত্যা করল এবং স্বীয় প্রতিপালকের আদেশ অমান্য করল। তারা বললঃ হে ছালেহ, নিয়ে এস যদ্দ্বারা আমাদেরকে ভয় দেখাতে, যদি তুমি রসূল হয়ে থাক।
