افسونگری و دمیدن در گره‌ها

منظور از این افرادء زنان جادوگری هستند که با فوت کردن در گره‌هاء دیگران را افسون می‌کردند. در پاسخ این که چرا از زنان جادوگر سخن به میان آورده و نه از مردان جادوگر گفته‌اند که در آن زمان» سحر و جادو بیشتر در میان زنان رواج داشته تا مردان و به همین جهت قرآن بر آنها بیشتر تأأکید کرده است. به هر حالء این آیه و یات دیگری از قرآن - مانند ید ۱۰۲ بقره و آیاتی که در بارمٌ جادوگران فرعون است -اصل جادوگری را به طور کلی تصدیق می‌کند. ذیل همین سوره از امام صادق(ع) روایت شده که «مردی یهودی پیامبر(ص) را جادو کرد. پس پیامبر بیمار شد و از این موضوع (به خدا) شکایت برد. جبرئیل فرود آمد و دو سور فلق و ناس را بر پیامبر نازل کرد و گفت: مردی از یهود. تو را سحر کرده و جادویش در فلان چاه است. پیامبر(ص) علی(ع) را فرستاد و او آن سحر را آورد. پیامبر به حضرت علی(ع) دستور داد که گره را باز کند و آیه‌ای بخواند. پس حضرت آیه‌ای (از این دو سوره) می‌خواند و گره‌ای را باز می‌کرد. چون به پایان رسید. پیامبر(ص) برخاست؛ گویی که از بندی رها شده
