ٱلَّذِينَ مِن مِّنَ أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ﴿٨﴾

Translation

Saheeh International

For the poor emigrants who were expelled from their homes and their properties, seeking bounty from Allah and [His] approval and supporting Allah and His Messenger, [there is also a share]. Those are the truthful.

ایثار دیگران بر خویشتن

در روایتی آمده است که کسی خدمت پیامبر(ص) آمد و عرض کرد: گرسنه‌ام. پیامبر دستور داد از منزل غذایی برای او بیاورند؛ ولی در منزل حضرت غذا نبود. فرمود: چه کسی امشب این مرد را میهمان می‌کند؟ مردی اعلام آمادگی کرد و او را به منزل خویش برد؛اما جز کمی غذا برای کودکان خود چیزی نداشت. به همین جهت سفارش کرد غذا را برای میهمان بیاورید و چراغ را خاموش کرد و به همسرش گفت: هر گونه ممکن استء کودکان را خواب کن. سپس زن و مرد سر سفره نشستند و بی آن‌که چیزی از غذا در دهان بگذارندء دهان خود را تکان می‌دادند. میهمان که گمان می‌کرد آنها نیز همراه او غذا می‌خورند» به قدر کافی خورد و سیر شد و میزبانان شب را گرسنه خوابیدند. صبح خدمت پیامبر(ص) آمدند. پیامبر(ص) نگاهی به آنها کرد و تبسمی فرمود و بی آن‌که آنها سخنی بگویند. این آیه را تلاوت کرد و ایثار آنها را ستود. در روایاتی که از اهل بیت(ع) رسیده می‌خوانیم: آن میزبان» علی(ع؛ کودکان» فرزندان او و کسی که کودکان را گرسنه خواباند» بانوی اسلام فاطمه زهرا(س) بوده است. > **Cited sources** (grade before any load-bearing use): al-Kāfī.
