إِنَّ أَن إِلَىٰٓ وَإِذَا أَن إِنَّ بِهِۦٓ إِنَّ ﴿٥٨﴾

Translation

Saheeh International

Indeed, Allah commands you to render trusts to whom they are due and when you judge between people to judge with justice. Excellent is that which Allah instructs you. Indeed, Allah is ever Hearing and Seeing.

ه. اهمیت امانت

امانت معنای وسیعی دارد و هر کَونه سرمایة مادی و معنوی را شامل می شود وهر مسلمانی طبق صریح این آیه وظیفه دارد که در هیچ امانتی به هیچ کس خیانت نکند؛ خواه صاحب امانت مسلمان باشد یا غیر مسلمان. در روایتی نقل شده که امام صادق(ع) به یکی از دوستان خود فرمود: «اگر آن کسی که علی(ع) را با شمشیر زد و او را کشت امانتی نزد من می‌گذاشت یا از من نصیحتی می‌خواست یا با من مشورتی می‌کرد و من می‌پذیرفتم, قطعاً حق امانت را ادا می‌کردم.» در منابع اسلامی به قدری در بارة این موضوع تا کید شده که در مورد سایر احکام کمتر دیده می‌شود. برای نمونهء از امام صادق(ع) نقل شده است: «(تنها) به رکوع و سجود طولانی افراد نگاه نکنید؛ زیرا ممکن است عادتی برای آنها باشد که از ترک آن ناراحت شوند؛ بلکه به راستگویی در سخن و ادای امانت آنها نگاه کنید.» "۲ > **Cited sources** (grade before any load-bearing use): Tafsīr Nemūneh.

    That is the command of Allah, which He has sent down to you; and whoever fears Allah - He will remove for him his misdeeds and make great for him his reward.

  • وَٱتَّبِعْ مَا يُوحَىٰٓ إِلَيْكَ وَٱصْبِرْ حَتَّىٰ يَحْكُمَ ٱللَّهُ وَهُوَ خَيْرُ ٱلْحَٰكِمِينَ

    And follow what is revealed to you, [O Muhammad], and be patient until Allah will judge. And He is the best of judges.

  • يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ كُونُوا۟ قَوَّٰمِينَ بِٱلْقِسْطِ شُهَدَآءَ لِلَّهِ وَلَوْ عَلَىٰٓ أَنفُسِكُمْ أَوِ ٱلْوَٰلِدَيْنِ وَٱلْأَقْرَبِينَ إِن يَكُنْ غَنِيًّا أَوْ فَقِيرًا فَٱللَّهُ أَوْلَىٰ بِهِمَا فَلَا تَتَّبِعُوا۟ ٱلْهَوَىٰٓ أَن تَعْدِلُوا۟ وَإِن تَلْوُۥٓا۟ أَوْ تُعْرِضُوا۟ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ خَبِيرًا

    O you who have believed, be persistently standing firm in justice, witnesses for Allah, even if it be against yourselves or parents and relatives. Whether one is rich or poor…

  • قَدْ فَرَضَ ٱللَّهُ لَكُمْ تَحِلَّةَ أَيْمَٰنِكُمْ وَٱللَّهُ مَوْلَىٰكُمْ وَهُوَ ٱلْعَلِيمُ ٱلْحَكِيمُ
