وَلَا بِهَآ إِلَى مِّنْ وَأَنتُمْ ﴿١٨٨﴾

Translation

Saheeh International

And do not consume one another's wealth unjustly or send it [in bribery] to the rulers in order that [they might aid] you [to] consume a portion of the wealth of the people in sin, while you know [it is unlawful].

رشوه؛ گناهی بزرگ و پلید

رشوه» یکی از بزرگ‌ترین و زشت‌ترین گناهان کبیره است. امام صادق(ع) در این باره فرموده است: «رشوه در قضاوت, همان کفر به خدای بزرگ است.» در حدیثی از پیامبر(ص) می‌خوانیم: «خداوند. گیرنده و دهندةٌ رشوه و آن کس را که واسطةٌ آن دو است. لعنت کرده است.» البته زشتی این گناه سبب شده که مرتکبین آن را در لابه‌لای عبارات و عناوین فریبندةٌ دیگر مانند هدیهء تعارف» حق و حساب» حق‌الزحمه و انعام پنهان کنند؛ ولی روشن است این تغییر نام‌ها به هیچ وجه تغییری در ماهیت رشوه نمی‌دهد و در هر صورت» پولی که از این طریق گرفته می‌شودء حرام و نامشروع است. در تاریخ زندگی پیامبر اکرم(ص) می‌خوانیم که به او خبر دادند یکی از فرماندارانش رشوه‌ای در شکل هدیه پذیرفته است. حضرت برآشفت و به او فرمود: «چرا آنچه حق تو نیست. می‌گیری؟» او در پاسخ با معذرت‌خواهی گفت: ای پیامبر خدا آنچه گرفتم» هدیه بود. پیامبر(ص) فرمود: «اگر شما در خانه بنشینید و از طرف من فرماندار محلی نباشید. آیا باز هم مردم به شما هدیه می‌دهند؟» سپس دستور داد آن مال را از او بگیرند و در بیت‌المال قرار دهند و آن شخص را از کار برکنار فرمود. > **پانوشت صفحه (منابع):** > ۱- نمونهء ج۰۱ء ص ۶۴۹ ۲- نمونهء ج ۰۱ ص ۶۵۰ و المیزان» ج۲» ص ۴۵ ۳ نمونه ج۲ء ص ۶ > ۲ نمونه» ج۱ ص‌ ۵۰و المیزان» ند ص‌ ۴۳۵ > ۳ نمونه» رد ص‌ ۶ > **Cited sources** (grade before any load-bearing use): Tafsīr Nemūneh, al-Mīzān.
