فَإِن لَّمْ فِيهَآ فَلَا حَتَّىٰ لَكُمْ وَإِن لَكُمُ هُوَ لَكُمْ بِمَا ﴿٢٨﴾

Translation

Saheeh International

And if you do not find anyone therein, do not enter them until permission has been given you. And if it is said to you, "Go back," then go back; it is purer for you. And Allah is Knowing of what you do.

علت اجازه گرفتن برای ورود به خانه‌ها

بی‌شک وجود انسان دارای دو بُعد است؛ بعد فردی و بعد اجتماعی. به همین دلیل دارای دو نوع زندگی است: زندگی خصوصی و عمومی که هرکدام برای خود ویژگی‌ها و آداب و مقرراتی دارد. انسان ناچار است در محیط اجتماع» قیود زیادی را از نظر لباس و طرز حرکت و رفت و امد تحمل کند؛ ولی پیداست که رعایت این وضع در تمام مدت شبانه‌روزه خسته‌کننده و دردسرآفرین است. او می‌خواهد مدتی از شبانه‌روز را آزاد باشد» قید و بندها را دور کندء به استراحت بپردازدء با خانواده و فرزندان خود به گفت‌وگوی خصوصی بنشیند و تا آنجا که ممکن استء از این آزادی بهره گیرد. به همین دلیلء به خانة خصوصی خود پناه می‌برد و با بستن درها به روی دیگران» زندگی خویش را برای ساعاتی از جامعه جدا می‌کند و همراه آن» از انبوه قیودی که ناچار بود در محیط اجتماع برخود تحمیل کند. آزاد می‌شود. اینک باید در این محیط آزاده امنیت کافی وجود داشته باشد. اگر بنا باشد هرکس سرزده به این محیط وارد شود و به حریم امن آن تجاوز کندء دیگر آن آزادی و استراحت و آرامش وجود نخواهد داشت. به همین دلیل همیشه در میان انسان‌ها مقررات ویژه‌ای در این زمینه بوده است. در حدیثی می‌خوانیم که پیامبر(ص) هنگامی که به در خانهٌ کسی می‌رفت. روبه‌روی در نمی‌ایستاد؛ بلکه طرف راست یا چپ قرار می‌گرفت و می‌فرمود: «السلام علیکم.» آن هنگام هنوز معمول نشده بود که در برابر در خانه پرده بیاویزند". > **Cited sources** (grade before any load-bearing use): al-Kāfī.
