لَا ٱلَّذِينَ فِى ﴿١٩٦﴾

Translation

Saheeh International

Be not deceived by the [uninhibited] movement of the disbelievers throughout the land.

مال و ثروت فریبندةٌ کافران

مفسران در شأُن نزول این آیه و دو آیة بعد گفته‌اند که بسیاری از مشرکان مکه»ء تجارت‌پیشه بودند و از این راه» ثروت بسیاری به دست آورده بودند و در ناز و نعمت به سر می‌بردند. یهودیان مدینه نیز در تجارت مهارت داشتند و از سفرهای تجاری خود غالباً با دست پر باز می‌گشتند. مسلمانان اما در آن زمان» به دلیل شرایط خاص زندگی و از جمله مهاجرت از مکه به مدینه و محاصرةٌ اقتصادی,» از نظر وضع مادی بسیار در زحمت بودند و در سختی زندگی می‌کردند. مقایسة این دو حالت» این سوّال را برای بعضی مطرح کرده بود که چرا افراد بی‌ایمان چنین در ناز و نعمت‌اند و افراد باایمان در رنج و عذاب و فقر و پریشانی زندگی می‌کنند. این آیات نازل شد و به این سوّال پاسخ داد.
