And indeed, there is among them a party who alter the Scripture with their tongues so you may think it is from the Scripture, but it is not from the Scripture. And they say, "This is from Allah," but it is not from Allah. And they speak untruth about Allah while they know.

There is a group of them who alter their voice while reading out a text [that they have themselves authored], so that you may suppose it to be from the Book, though it is not from the Book, and they say, ‘It is from Allah,’ though it is not from Allah, and they attribute lies to Allah, and they know [it].

And lo! there is a party of them who distort the Scripture with their tongues, that ye may think that what they say is from the Scripture, when it is not from the Scripture. And they say: It is from Allah, when it is not from Allah; and they speak a lie concerning Allah knowingly.

There is among them a section who distort the Book with their tongues: (As they read) you would think it is a part of the Book, but it is no part of the Book; and they say, "That is from Allah," but it is not from Allah: It is they who tell a lie against Allah, and (well) they know it!

And there is a sect of them twist their tongues with the Book, that you may suppose it part of the Book, yet it is not part of the Book; and they say, 'It is from God,' yet it is not from God, and they speak falsehood against God, and that wittingly.

و از یهود گروهی هستند که هنگام [خواندن] دست نوشته ها [ی دروغ و بر بافته های خود] زبان [و صدایشان] را چنان پیچ و خم می دهند تا شما گمان کنید که [آنچه می خوانند] از کتاب آسمانی است، در حالی که از کتاب [آسمانی] نیست؛ و [با بی شرمی] می گویند: آنچه می خوانیم از سوی خداست. در حالی که از سوی خدا نیست؛ و با آنکه می دانند [از سوی خدا نیست] به خدا دروغ می بندند.

و از میان آنان گروهی هستند که زبان خود را به [خواندن‌] کتاب [تحریف شده‌ای ] می‌پیچانند، تا آن [بربافته‌] را از [مطالب‌] کتاب [آسمانی‌] پندارید، با اینکه آن از کتاب [آسمانی‌] نیست؛ و می‌گویند: آن از جانب خداست، در صورتی که از جانب خدا نیست، و بر خدا دروغ می‌بندند، با اینکه خودشان [هم‌] می‌دانند.

Onlardan bir takımı, Kitapta olmadığı halde Kitaptan zannedesiniz diye dillerini eğip bükerler. O, Allah katından olmadığı halde: "Allah katındandır" derler, bile bile Allah'a karşı yalan söylerler.

Sesungguhnya diantara mereka ada segolongan yang memutar-mutar lidahnya membaca Al Kitab, supaya kamu menyangka yang dibacanya itu sebagian dari Al Kitab, padahal ia bukan dari Al Kitab dan mereka mengatakan: "Ia (yang dibaca itu datang) dari sisi Allah", padahal ia bukan dari sisi Allah. Mereka berkata dusta terhadap Allah sedang mereka mengetahui.

ان ہی یہودیوں میں سے بعض وہ ہیں جو کتاب پڑھنے میں زبان کو توڑ موڑ دیتے ہیں تاکہ تم لوگ اس تحریف کو بھی اصل کتاب سمجھنے لگو حالانکہ وہ اصل کتاب نہیں ہے اور یہ لوگ کہتے ہیں کہ یہ سب اللہ کی طرف سے ہے حالانکہ اللہ کی طرف سے ہرگز نہیں ہے یہ خدا کے خلاف جھوٹ بولتے ہیں حالانکہ سب جانتے ہیں

আর তাদের মধ্যে একদল রয়েছে, যারা বিকৃত উচ্চারণে মুখ বাঁকিয়ে কিতাব পাঠ করে, যাতে তোমরা মনে কর যে, তার কিতাব থেকেই পাঠ করছে। অথচ তারা যা আবৃত্তি করছে তা আদৌ কিতাব নয়। এবং তারা বলে যে, এসব কথা আল্লাহর তরফ থেকে আগত। অথচ এসব আল্লাহর তরফ থেকে প্রেরিত নয়। তারা বলে যে, এটি আল্লাহর কথা অথচ এসব আল্লাহর কথা নয়। আর তারা জেনে শুনে আল্লাহরই প্রতি মিথ্যারোপ করে।
