وَإِنَّ مِنْهُمْ مِنَ وَمَا هُوَ مِنَ هُوَ مِنْ وَمَا هُوَ مِنْ عَلَى وَهُمْ ﴿٧٨﴾

Translation

Saheeh International

And indeed, there is among them a party who alter the Scripture with their tongues so you may think it is from the Scripture, but it is not from the Scripture. And they say, "This is from Allah," but it is not from Allah. And they speak untruth about Allah while they know.

قرآن حکیم (شرح آیات منتخب)

دروغ بستن ماهرانه به خدا

فعل «یّلوون» از ماه «لَیْ» به معنای پیچیدن و کج کردن است و این تعبیر در اینجا کنایةٌ شیوایی در بارة تحریف سخنان الهی است. گویا آنها هنگام تلاوت تورات؛ وقتی به صفات پیامبر اسلام (ص) - که بشارت ظهورش در یات تورات آمده بود - می‌رسیدند. آن را تغییر می‌دادند و چنان ماهرانه این عمل را انجام می‌دادند که شنونده گمان می‌کرد آنچه که می‌شنود. متن آیات الهی است.

  • سَيَقُولُونَ لِلَّهِ قُلْ فَأَنَّىٰ تُسْحَرُونَ

    They will say, "[All belongs] to Allah." Say, "Then how are you deluded?"

  • بَلِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ يُكَذِّبُونَ

    But those who have disbelieved deny,

  • وَإِذَا بَدَّلْنَآ ءَايَةً مَّكَانَ ءَايَةٍ وَٱللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ بِمَا يُنَزِّلُ قَالُوٓا۟ إِنَّمَآ أَنتَ مُفْتَرٍۭ بَلْ أَكْثَرُهُمْ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ

    And when We substitute a verse in place of a verse - and Allah is most knowing of what He sends down - they say, "You, [O Muhammad], are but an inventor [of lies]." But most of…
