52

لَّا لَكَ مِنۢ وَلَآ أَن بِهِنَّ مِنْ وَلَوْ إِلَّا مَا عَلَىٰ ﴿٥٢﴾

Translation

Saheeh International

Not lawful to you, [O Muhammad], are [any additional] women after [this], nor [is it] for you to exchange them for [other] wives, even if their beauty were to please you, except what your right hand possesses. And ever is Allah, over all things, an Observer.

قرآن حکیم (شرح آیات منتخب)

حکمی دیگر در بارةٌ ازدواج رسول خدا(ص)

در تفسیر این آیه نظریات گوناگونی بیان شده که به دو نظر مهم اشاره می شود: ١- طبق شواهد تاریخی، پیامبر(ص) از ناحیه افراد و قبایل مختلف تحت فشار بود که از آنها همسر بگیرد و برای آنها افتخار بود که زنی از ایشان به همسری پیامبر در آید. البته این پیوند تا حدی برای اهداف اجتماعی و سیاسی پیامبر راه‌گشا بود؛ ولی هر چیزی اگر از حد بگذرده خود مشکل‌آفرین می‌شود و چون همةٌ قبایل چنین انتظاری داشتند. خداوند با یک قانون محکم جلوی این کار را گرفت. در این بین شاید افرادی به پیامبر می‌گفتند که‌بیشتر همسران تو بیوه و مسن هستند و شایسته است با زنی زیبا ازدواج کنی. قرآن به ویژه روی این نکته تأکید کرده که حتی اگر زنان زیبایی هم باشند. حق ازدواج با آنها را نداری. در بعضی از روایات وارد شده که منظور از آّیه» تحریم ازدواج با زنانی است که در آَیةُ ۲۳ سورةٌ نساء بیان شده که محارم انسان هستند. بنابر این تفسیرء معنای آیه این است که بعد از نزول ید ۳ نساء ازدواج با محارم حرام و با دیگر زنان حلال است (ترجمة حاضر بر اساس تفسیر یکم است).
