51

مَن مِنْهُنَّ إِلَيْكَ مَن وَمَنِ مِمَّنْ فَلَا عَلَيْكَ ذَٰلِكَ أَن وَلَا بِمَآ مَا فِى ﴿٥١﴾

Translation

Saheeh International

You, [O Muhammad], may put aside whom you will of them or take to yourself whom you will. And any that you desire of those [wives] from whom you had [temporarily] separated - there is no blame upon you [in returning her]. That is more suitable that they should be content and not grieve and that they should be satisfied with what you have given them - all of them. And Allah knows what is in your hearts. And ever is Allah Knowing and Forbearing.

رفع یک مشکل دیگر!

می‌دانیم که یکی از احکام اسلام در مورد همسران متعدد این است که شوهر اوقات خود را در میان آنها به طور عادلانه تقسیم کند و اگر یک شب نزدیکی از آنهاست» شب دیگر نزد دیگری باشد. یکی از خصایص پیامبر(ص) این بود که به خاطر شرایط خاص و بحران‌های زندگی» به ویژه در زمانی که در مدینه بود و در هر ماه تقریباً یک جنگ بر او تحمیل می‌شد و درهمین زمان همسران متعدد داشت» رعایت این حق به حکم این آیه از پیامبر ساقط بود و ایشان می‌توانست اوقات خود را هرگونه که ممکن بود.ء تقسیم کند. هر چند پیامبر اکرم - به تصریح تواریخ - مساوات و عدالت را حتی‌الامکان رعایت می‌کره نزول این آیه و حکم الهی» آرامشی به همسران پیامبر(ص) و محیط زندگی داخلی او داد.
